The staff are very polite and helpful. I had to order my prescription (controlled drugs) so can’t miss a dose, while I was sick and couldn’t leave the house. After speaking to the Drs they sent it straight through to Ashby. A little while after I rang the pharmacy and explained my situation to the woman on my phone and asked if there was any way they could deliver my meds to me. While it was not possible to get it delivered that day due to short notice they arranged it for the next day much to my relief. I was Still very sick the next day, I was sleeping almost constantly and was awoken by a call from the delivery driver asking if I was in as I didn’t answer the door, I apologised and told him I’ll be at my door shortly. The delivery man could have walked away as he had other deliveries to make and was busy but he decided to call instead and make sure my meds were delivered. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.

Deteriorating services
Missing managerial input plus chaos. Recurrent delays and unavailability of medical items. I have to pay them a second visit to complete my prescription on more than one occasions. This is especially for antihypertension medicines. Normally I go and collect my prescription but today I was not well.They kept me waiting all day long and at the end of the day failed to deliver it. A young girl was taking all the calls and was assuring me your medicines are on its way to you. Until 17.30 when I phoned again to learn my medicines have not left the pharmacy and I missed all my doses of 5 items. I asked the mature woman who took the last call I need to talk to the manager. She replied there is no manager.
Extremely unfriendly. Making rules up to suit them,one rule one day and a different rule another day. Singling people out over Addiction. When asked for a complaint form the staff can’t eveb find one. If you don’t like people with addiction then you shouldn’t be working in this establishment. I put 1 star as it doesn’t allow for zero stars.
I've just moved to ashby a couple ove weeks ago and get regular proscribing from this chemist, I have always been met with a friendly and worm greeting they always smile and none judgmental .I cant believe what some people are saying, they are wrong this chemist is a worm friendly place I can personally vouch for them

The Pharmacist and the staff are very kind and helpful and always give a 1st class service.
Always having trouble with prescriptions. Ask that they do not deliver them and lo and behold they do and then have the audacity to say it isn't their fault. Not to mention missing tablets off them. Not impressed.
Medications not on time I desperately need these..phone to try n find where they are .
