I’m so upset. I went to get a layered haircut yesterday around 3:30-4 and my hair is messed up. I have never had such a bad haircut in my life…. I paid $30. For this haircut. I don’t know what to do with my hair. It looks like someone chewed on my hair. I work at a law firm and I’m embarrassed. I will be calling the place to see what can be done…
I read awful reviews, but still gave this place a chance, thinking "you can't really mess up a light brown. Let me give them a try." Low and behold, the color came out awful. It was a dark orange brown on top and the bottom of my hair was a cool blonde tone which did not match or blend well at all. I had an event to go to the next day and didn't have time to go anywhere else to get my hair fixed, so I had to get box dyes from Walmart to save my hair...
Anyway, the way the color was being applied to my hair was not professional. They basically just scooped the color and slapped it onto my head and when I was supposed to sit under the heater, they did not know how to work their own machine. It blew cold hair for about 15 minutes until I finally said something. Then I had to help them figure it out, but it was too late for my hair at that point. I wish I could make this up, but I've never been to a salon where they did not know how to use a professional hooded hair dryer machine. I was charged $77 for this, and because I had to fix it a couple times afterwards, my hair is now dead and needs to be cut several inches. I usually do my own hair, but didn't really have time, as I work full time...
Don't get me wrong. The ladies were nice, and I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, but I'm hoping I can save people their time and money. I would not recommend getting your hair colored at this place. Maybe a hair cut, but definitely not a coloring service. With all due respect, it just did not seem like they knew what they were doing.
got to say I've been coming here since I was about six years old, staff are kind and the haircuts very some days depending on who you go with but overall prices are low so can't really complain. They take walk-ins and are open pretty late so it's convenient if you work far you'll probably still make it before they close
I have been going there for years but I will not be going there anymore. The lady who cut my hair did a terrible job. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair and she cut it a lot shorter than I had asked. While cutting my hair she wasn't paying attention. She was cutting my hair while watching TV. Never coming here again. Sad to say this especially since I had been coming here for years.
Do not go to the blonde lady! I showed her a picture and my hair does not look anything like how I wanted it. She also cut my hair way shorter than I wanted. Overall a terrible haircut.
Take my daughter here, had a pleasant surprise, Paty treat my daughter like a little queen, daughter was happy with her hair cut, definitely we coming back. Tnx Paty
Great place to cut your hair, fair prices, and always fast service. The ladies are also very nice, friendly, and welcoming.
Good place to take your kids for a cut. My boys like Anahi. if she's not therei would suggest Mari or Martha.
