I would never go there again, what happened to customer service? One till open, 5 trolleys waiting, went to self serve, had to call assistant 4 times.as machine says No. Absolutely no pleasure at all.They have no idea what customers need.
Staff are amazing, but not enough stock on shelves, started going to sainsburys as i can get everything.
Asda has gone down hill and is an embarrassment to the staff that have to run around trying to do everything.
Scan and go is a joke, they have 1 gun only for checking shopping, and the scales on the produce department have been broken for weeks.
Really disappointed
Don't use scan as you go if you are a young person ie 21 my daughter was followed around by member of staff
she scanned everything paid her bill and was made to re do everything in front of other customers and made to feel like a criminal absolutely disgusting from Asda staff will never use this store again .My daughter does look young but had paid her bill and produced her receipt when asked . Staff need better training as women whole attitude was disgraceful towards my daughter
Popped in for some new baby and birthday presents, food & drinks. Great range of products. Hot counters too. Staff helpful and friendly when you can't quite find what you're looking for. Free car park with fuel station.
Slightly disappointed that this asda was pretty much the same as every other adda I've been in ????????????
But it did have exactly what I went in for ????. The staff were really friendly and the store itself was clean and well stocked ????

Getting in and out is a bit of a nightmare. If you time it right there is usually an excellent and well stocked selection, time it wrong and shelves may be bare. Probably best priced petrol on the Wirral.
It's a decent shop, it has everything that you need and has some useful facilities inside it too.
One major issue though is that they raise the prices constantly and then put them on 'offer' (Still more expensive than the original price), to make it seem like you're getting a good deal when you aren't. It's deceitful advertising. The staff also like to make you wait whenever you need help, and the self-checkout machines are terrible and NEVER work properly.
But the shop itself has everything you'd need, so overall I would recommend it if you are within walking distance from it.
