Got me in quick and ran several tests on me within the first half hour, everyone was polite and made the experience calming. Results always seem to take awhile but it was pretty busy that day. All in all my visit was 3hrs long, but considering all the tests they ran and how busy it got time was reasonable. Overall good job by all.

I had been to the Urgent Care in Alpena twice and both were horrible experiences. When I was at Ascension St. Joseph Hospital Emergency room they were so busy they didn't even have a room available but I was still treated in a timely manner and with kindness. I had injured my knee almost a month prior and still had no treatment but at Tawas I was given a referral to orthopedics and also given a shot for the pain and a prescription that was sent automatically to rite aid. Within 24 hours the orthopedics doctor called and I had an appointment set up. I cannot express how appreciative I am to the doctor and the nurse.

I cut my finger pretty deep and had to have stitches. They had me in and out before my lunch hour was over. They were very professional and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone!

First off, thank you, to the beautiful nurse that stitched me up. She was AWESOME. She had great since of humor, very compassionate, gentle, but pretty demanding and very assertive. Perfect qualities to have in her field. Thank You to all the ladies that pitched in and helped me

The guy doing my X-Rays was more helpful and the lady at front desk than the guy that was my actual doctor. I sprained my ankle didn’t even get anything to put it in no medication. And was told to walk on it til it felt better

I had such good care beginning with my ER experience , right down to being admitted into the hospital. You can be proud of all your employees for the great care that I received. There is no way that you can improve perfection.

We had a great first time experience. I have a newborn and they got her in right away and they also listened to my concerns and were very thorough.

Nurse was not very friendly upon checkin. Waited an hour outside (covid positive) which I understand is normal. My kid was seen and the ER Dr. David Did not even check his ears, throat etc for possible secondary infection. Doctor was so in a rush to broom us, he assumed we had no underlying health conditions, to the tune of insinuating I was only “out of shape” (his words). Which I actually have asthma and autoimmune disorders which were a factor in why we were there. Never came back with discharge papers. Overall very unimpressed.
