I arrived 30 minutes before they closed on Saturday and the service was exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and I was quickly seen. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. All of the staff was incredibly prepared and attentive. I am incredibly grateful for the service provided, and I will recommend this urgent care to anyone I know as they truly put the patient first.
The staff was very kind very attentive and gave me good advice. What was really neat is it they did referrals for me but the next day I already had an appointment scheduled for an orthopedic month's visit with another different doctor the different clinic. The nurse was lovely and I could tell she was concerned but the doctor who seen me for maybe 3 minutes total came in talking about symptoms I never said I had and a history that I never had. I came in for a headache I’ve had consistently for 4 days now followed by nausea and vomiting which occurred after the headache and only when the pain gets unbearable and I was throwing up and in tears in the room I was waiting in but she never even said anything about my headache or was concerned and diagnosed me with a GI bug, and I was told the diarrhea and vomiting is causing the headache due to the dehydration. But once again I never had diarrhea and I told her that when she asked. When I stated the nausea and vomiting comes after the headache gets worse to the nurse she went and told the doctor and she just prescribed me naproxen still not seeing me again and keeping her original diagnosis of a GI bug.
I had a sinus infection and was given a steroid and nasal spray. I was told to come back on Saturday if I did not feel better and she would give me an antibiotic. I did have to come back and was charged another deductible just to get the antibiotic I should have just been given in the first place.
5th Floor West were the greatest comfort during my stay. Treated with great care,compassion and respectful. Word's for me to explain how great they were isn't easy. But I tried to tell them all before ck out. Loved them ❤ all.
Very disappointed! They checked me for strep only and I didn’t have it but because I had lost my voice and didn’t have a fever. They told me to drink lots of fluids and use throat spray. I was feeling worse the next day and I was able to get an appointment with my doctor. They did a strep and COVID test and I was running a fever. The strep test was negative but the COVID test was positive. Why did they not test for COVID when it is still actively happening. I will never go to them again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
Staff was rude and very inattentive. Didn’t test me for Covid nor give me a drs note. Access Medical on Blue Star road is so much better. No wonder it’s always busy and this place is dead.
It was an awful experience! I was waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes. The nurse made me wait until she finished eating her lunch. She then came and told me that there is no need to take X-rays or do an MRI on my foot. She said “Why do you think you need X-rays or an MRI? There is no need. It’s too late to do anything. Go and see your main doctor. Perhaps they can do something for you.”
