The food was cold and the supposedly homemade tortillas were cold. The food could be better, on the door it says authentic Mexican food that’s a pretty bold statement because they need to work on their food quality. They microwave the food to heat it up and it’s precooked. I don’t recommend this place at all you got a better chance at Taco Bell for food quality. It’s not hate it’s my actual review, the owner should care about quality that was my second time there. My first experience was trying the menudo and it taste like water with no flavor I went back and gave it a second chance but again you got a better chance at Taco Bell.
Really bad experience. Asked if they had Menudo (said no) , how about posole (said yea). We thought well that should be quick and easy to serve since they have it made already. 1 hour later , server wants to refill us with chips and at that point im pissed off, i ask whats going on. Simply bad service…. How can someone be waiting for 1 hour for posole when its already made…… i dont get it. We ended up leaving to another restaurant after 1 hour of waiting for the food to come out…
If you enjoy eating Authentic Mexican food you will love this place. Complimentary nachos and hot salsa, mild salsa, guacamole, and limes. I decided on ordering 3 tacos, on flour and on corn shells. They were all excellent, and I left me wanting more. My wife got the enchiladas, which I sampled and i thought they were delicious as well. My son got the nacho plate, and he said it was amazing. My daughter ordered the chicken tortilla soup which I also sampled... Im not much of a soup guy, but this was absolutely delicious.
I definitely recommend this place.
first of all this aint an asadero or grill house, their food is in the same range almost than taco bell is tex mex or gringo food, lack of spicy flavors, but the worst is the waiting time, just two tables occupied and 30 minutes to serve some tamales is a lot
Food was "ok" service was good. Bread was stale and cold. We've had more tastier Chiles Gueritos... out of 6 only ate 2. Salsa and Guacamole was fresh.
So I waited 30 minutes before I told them its been 30 minutes. Then the waitress said to me, oh the food was ready it was just sitting there. ????ok, so finally begin to eat, ????the meat was sooo chewy!????and my order was wrong, everyone in the place had a look of disgust ????people began to get up and pay for their food because they would not get attended. So in response, I followed and did not resist to let them know my experience. I've had street tacos in L.A and T.J way better than this so called Mexican food, they tried and failed. Been here in the valley going on two years and everywhere I go to try Mexican food, unsuccessful... lacks authenticity.. this is how I get down.
The food it was very bab the posole the words posole l ever try on my life .the torta it flavor on the meat .the chicken tostada ithe chicken it was frozen really babtostada
