Best KPortal Reviews
We figured it was good place to eat because it was busy there on a Sunday evening. It was delicious everyone agreed (large group) despite nobody understanding much of the menu. I asked for a veggie burrito then she asked if I wanted chicken in it and I said yes so it ended up being a chicken wrap of some kind which tasted very good but it was pretty small and not like any burrito I had before - missing rice and beans! It was still very good and I guess I misunderstood what I was ordering. The place was very clean and nice people working there, food was fast.
Service is prompt, and the food is good. Compared to the Burros found on the counterpart of Douglas, Agua Prieta, they are as good. I would suggest that the Salsas and dressings for the Burros were on a small tray like they do in Mexico rather than the small plastic take-out containers if you have your food at the place.
Regular Mexican restaurant with decent food. While the dishes weren't particularly memorable, the portion sizes were generous. The prices are comparable to those in Phoenix, which might seem unexpected for a smaller town.
Mesquite grill in the center of the kitchen turns out the best carne asada tacos. French fries are great too.
Great food and nice service
Food and service were great! The tacos were some of the best that I have had!
Great carne asada plate. All the sides and trimmings. Best I've ever had.
I am in Douglas about 6 times a year. I plan EVERY trip there around my being able to get to the restaurant AT LEAST 1X per day for their Macho Tacos (Carne Asada for me). The mesquite grilled steak and green chilis make all the difference. These are without question, the BEST tacos in Arizona!
