It was Fourth of July weekend a few years back and i was going to Florida and i needed an alignment after getting four lightly used tires. I couldn’t find anyone in Illinois to do it so i seen Arts Alignment on Google and he got me in within a day before i left. He is, straight up a great mechanic! I’ve recommended his place to my friends and since have been back with my dads car.

Jeff took in one of our cars in for a variety of issues. He was professional, communicated often with us and went the extra mile. I took my classic car there thinking he may be the best person in town to do the alignment. I took it in on a Thurs. On Friday afternoon around 4 I called as I hadn't heard back. He tells me he's been trying to contact me but he lost my contact info. He cant do my alignment because he can't find the tools needed for my car. THEN on Monday he calls to tell me that I missed my appointment and to call and reschedule (he had my car already, the only one in his shop. He then orders new tools and they will be in Thurs. (One week since drop off). Got the tools in, they were the wrong ones. I ORDERED the tools, they came in the following Thursday (two weeks since drop off). He never could get my alignment right and besides that he replaced one pivot in and lubed the front end. Then he OVERCHARGED me by ALOT. We had words, I told him he overcharged me, he then gives a sob story about bills, divorce, lawyers. DO NOT TAKE UR CAR THERE.
Jeff, was so honest, totally reasonable on prices. Plus he does great work. I feel so much safer in my car now with new brakes!!
