Had a lovely toasted smoked cheese and onion sandwich toastie at lunchtime on granary bread. I took home a frangipani slice for my husband and I and it was delicious too. I will definitely go back there.
Great staff. Great food. Focus on quality in the menu and quantity in the portions. The Picky Lunch option on the menu is superb. And it's dog friendly.
Always a lovely welcome. Great selection of cakes. We enjoy our coffee and mug of tea.

Really fabulous find. Wonderful selection of cakes, scones, sausage rolls, toasted sandwiches etc. and drinks at a very reasonable price. Really nice decoration and ambiance with super friendly accommodating staff. Highly recommend and will be back for another cream tea!
I have passed this coffee shop alot so today I called in with my husband & was immediately pleased we did __ service & greeting was with a genuine" pleased" to see us & a smile too much appreciated especially for me today.
I highly recommend this fab Café run by Kathy and her partner. Kathy is an amazing lady who is friendly and very helpful. Her staff are all extremely friendly as well and the coffee is the very best in Barnstaple, being locally roasted as well. The Café has a wonderful ambiance too.

Went there this morning.
Great polite staff I had the granola bowl my husband had the smoked cheese and onion toasty came with a lovely fresh salad and homemade coleslaw he's very picky but he really enjoyed it .we're definitely be back for the picky lunch .it sounded great on the menu definitely 5 star ⭐
