Aside from previous reviews. Arts was able to get my car in fast with a very tricky exhaust system on their hands! Blake and Carter were really good to work with and did an amazing job!
People were nice enough work is god awful. Thought about bringing the car back to them to make it right but really don’t want them touching it. I’ll just eat the cost and find another shop to fix this mess. Pics don’t even show the cracks in the pipes at the bends. I would be so embarrassed if this left my shop. Couldn’t get the exhaust ram how I wanted because it would “hang too low” but they ran the exhaust 3/4 of an inch from the ground anyway.
I took my 98 Tahoe in to have an exhaust leak fixed and a piece of exhaust replaced. I had to have them take it back in 3 different times when I went to pick it up because there were holes burnt through the exhaust where their welds were. There are other places in town that do a lot better work for way cheaper

I'll start by saying I was very hesitant to go here because of the mixed reviews of this place. I had heard stories of this shop having amazing service, I've also heard the opposite.
They did Header gaskets, new exhaust and cleaned up the leaks.
The first go around, only half of the work that needed done was finished. The reason I was given first was they didn't know about the header gaskets needing to be replaced. After I explained that, I was told they couldn't find the correct ones, so I'm not quite sure what actually happened.
Another thing was I was quoted $660 or so for just the exhaust as a standalone job. When they finished that was all they did but it was a little over 200$ more then what was quoted on that part, and the gaskets never got touched. The tailpipe was also no where near where I wanted it to be.
Not sure on who's end the miscommunication came from I won't solely blame the shop.
After going in the next monday and explaining the situation they were johnny on the spot with getting me in and looking at it.
After a few hours and some Bertos Breakfast burritos they, Blake and his tech that was helping him, went above and beyond to make it right. It ended up being cheaper then my quote for everything.
I'm very very happy with the way it turned out, I absolutely love the way it sounds, the welds are very nice and clean.
Overall it was a bit of a rough start but after the way they helped me out I would definitely recommend these guys. They were quite knowledgable and really good and dumbing it down for those that aren't mechanically inclined ;)

Only shop open on Saturdays. I called Friday and they got me in on Saturday to check out my exhaust. They diagnosed, asked if I was OK to get repair for x-dollars, fixed problem in 1/2 hr. and I was on my way. I wait longer at restaurants for my food. Other mechanics were booked out 2 wks and charged $150 just for the diag. I paid less than that for this repair. If you have an exhaust problem on an older vehicle and need a quick repair. Look no further than Arts. You can listen to 90s rock and enjoy the fish from a nice leather couch.
I dropped off my jeep for an exhaust system which consisted of 8 feet of pipe, 2 bends, a muffler and a flange. They quoted me $590. I said that was too much for what needed to be done. I researched parts (retail) from 4 suppliers ahead of time. They came back with $480. Still high but I agreed as it was already there. They called me when it was done and said they readjusted the price back to the original quote without ever contacting me. I hauled it home to find some pretty shoddy work including the wrong size pipe and a USED muffler. I dealt with Art's for years before they turned over to this new group. I will NEVER GO BACK !!!!! PS for those wondering, it is a deceptive practice (and illegal) to change a quote without contacting the owner prior. It is also deceptive to install parts as new when they are obviously used. Anyone that has work done by these clowns should have their head examined
If you're looking for a place to get work done on your vehicle that's done right the first time and with confidence this is the place for you. Outstanding customer service and just really great people ????. They may not be the cheapest but trust me it's worth going to this locally owned and operated business ❤️ they really care about their customers and their employees. Plus I believe they've been in business now for 70+ years, so that says a lot about their honesty, integrity, and abilities. Thank you Arts muffler for always being there for my automotive needs!
Empty promises, subpar quality and skill, higher prices, and they don’t stand behind their work. They actually made my truck worse (took it back for them to inspect and they acknowledged they put on a faulty part) and refuse to fix it, but are more than willing to charge me to do the job twice. Complete garbage. Boss didn’t even have the decency to come talk to me. Makes the secretary run back and forth to “negotiate”.
Not to mention, my welds are better with a basic 120v machine than the ones they put down… (will attach pics so I’m not talking out my rear) It’s pretty sad.
Long story short, nothing they’re pedaling is worth it.
