My 9yr old daughter tried to use the comb to curl her hair and got the comb so tangled that we couldn’t get it out. I took her to Art’s in hopes that we could get in at the last minute. The woman was so helpful and accepted us no problem. I think we took her lunch break, which I’m sorry if we did. She was very patient with getting the comb out while calming my daughter down. She did everything she could to save her hair, and succeeded in getting it out. I can’t begin to thank her for her help. I would definitely recommend taking your children there, as she is very good with them. My kids liked her. I will be taking both of my kids to her from now on.

Lady was rude and blind. Gave me the worst haircut of all time. Always talking bad about others too. She must need glasses so I wouldn’t get a haircut unless she’s wearing the appropriate bifocals.
After my hubby's barber of 25 years retired, we called for hubby to get a haircut and they got him in at 11 same day. He went and said he was talking with everyone and told him over an hour to get back home. THAT my friends is a customer service oriented business with a social component which he really needed!! ????
