This place is horrible! Has horrible customer service and the nail tech can not speak English and don’t know how to do a simple pedicure! I got a pedicure and she put my feet in a plastic bag and soaked them! My feet hardly touched the water! She did Not treat my cuticles and l asked her time and time again! She kept saying yes yes ! Another lady came and fixed my polish that was done horribly! When l asked her to fix the rest she said another time! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done! Do Not Go Here ! And they DONT CLEAN THERE TOOLS FROM ONE CLIENT TO ANOTHER! The clippers files and the scrubbers they don’t sanitize them we have to tell her
I went to Art Nails for a simple manicure, the nail technician didn’t take her time. Halfway through, another technician walked over demanding that I pay now and asked three times for a tip. My nails weren’t even done yet and this lady wanted payment. It was rude and unprofessional. Later on that day the nail polish started chipping. Never going back there again. They only care about money.
TRASH. TRASH. TRASH. There were communication issues from the beginning. They could not tell me I had acrylic on. I thought I had dip power but apparently they claimed it was acrylic. I was lucky enough to know Spanish and asked a Hispanic employee to tell me what the problem was as neither Jane nor Lynn, I think was her name, could understand my request to remove all of the old acrylic/dip powder and do a new set. After they finally got it they began removing the so called acrylic (40 minutes into my visit). I was cut during filing and given nothing to clean the wound with. My right pinkie nail is NOT curved that way. I asked for almond shaped several times which was never done. I wanted a design and that was ignored as well until the end when I had enough and just wanted it over with. Attached are the results of 2+ hours of stress, frustration, and plain old annoyance at the TRASH SERVICE AND WORK I received. Total: $40, anger and the most basic set I've had in years. Disappointing is a major understatement.

First time coming hwar was pleasantly happy I got a pedicure the woman who did it was very nice e and took her time made my feet look beautiful. I'll be back
Easy to get an appointment, good work, very reasonable pricing.
I will never go there again. I have them benefit if the doubt several times. Place dingy. Dirty. Went for a wax and there was hair on the towel. Their response was to just put paper on top. Got annoyed when I asked for a new towel. Their waxing skills were horrendous. Left wax strips on me and I was peeling them off during my pedicure. Ultimately not completed. Save your money. Go anywhere else.
This is my second time getting my nails done at Art Nails by Alexandra. She is such a great nail tech. She took her time cleaned up my cuticles. First time she did it I got 4 weeks out of the gel nails that she did. Will be taking my 3 daughters there to get their nails done.
