Mr. Art Doyle saved my can on Black Friday! Not only did he answer the call but also opened his shop to do an emergency repair on my company's touring trailer. We had litteraly ground one of our wheel's bearings to dust and he was able to salvage our antiquated axle and send us on our 14hr drive with a fully functioning trailer! Working for a touring theater company constantly on the road, we depend on people like Art who understand our unique emergencies and are willing to go above and beyond to help us roll down the road. Art knows his stuff .I bought a new 30feet trailer in 2018,bent 3 axles ,last one Dec 2019 .while in Las Vegas at my daughter's for Christmas me installed a new axle.l.v. wanted 4000.dollars to install heavier axles and new wheels and tires.
7000 pound trailer with 2. 3500 pound axles from the factory.up graded to 5000 pound axles .No problems on a 6 week trip thru the U.S.

Art helped me and my girlfriend out back around Christmas. Someone had installed our fifth wheel hitch to the bed instead of the frame, and we just bought a large fifth wheel to move North. Art quoted us a price, and even though it ended up being an overly difficult job for him, he still insisted on sticking to his quote. Thanks again Art!
My mom purchased two items here and they ended up not being what she needed so we went back to see if we could return them I got down because she doesn’t speak English to ask if they accept returns, when I asked the owner if they accepted returns he saw the parts and remembered my mom because he then said “ that’s why I hate selling to people that don’t speak English” it was very upsetting because if he would’ve just said they didn’t accept returns it would’ve been fine I understand some locations do not. That is why I am reviewing this location a 2 star. When my mom Initially went in for her purchase she said the owner was helpful my only
