I’m used to use this Pharmacy for more than a year. My experiences with this Pharmacy and the people who work there are not really pleasant. You can feel the disguised smiles straight away (Excluding one old woman) she is really down to earth and truly tries to help.
What you should do when you’re their customer is not to fully trust them in fact. You should keep an eye on your enquiries with them otherwise they’ll be lost. I called them on Monday last week and asked them for a repeat of prescription as someone of the medication are about to run out very soon and they told me that it won’t be ready until next week Monday which it takes only 48 hours for the prescription to be issued by the GP. I have ran out of Two of the Most Important medications for high blood pressure for about 4-5 days as a result my blood pressure is getting too high and about to have a stroke or heart attack and when I went to the pharmacy today they told me sorry we can’t help you we’re received the prescription back from your GP!!!! This has never ???? happened before and good pharmacies in such cases they should give their customers or patients emergency medication until the problem is resolved. But they kept saying sorry there is nothing for you here and they turned their ugly horrible faces away from me. Thanks for doing that you helped me to not look at your ugly faces for sure. I went back to my GP and changed the pharmacy to a proper more professional pharmacy and I’m sure that they look after their patients in a proper pleasant manner????
My advice to people don’t register with this Pharmacy if you want to be treated nicely and fairly ????

I use this pharmacy regularly and always get good service.
On my last visit, I was informed that the regular pharmacist was off ill with cancer. As such they’re now running the pharmacy with locums to cover his absence. Occasionally they have to close for a few hours (not by choice).
I will continue to use this pharmacy, and hope the regular pharmacist makes a full recovery and is back at work as soon as he sees fit.

Staff are rude and always make excuses that prescriptions aren’t ready even though they were put in over a week ago and are sent electronically. Great service when someone’s ran out of medication ????
What kind of pharmacy is closed Saturday afternoon? I thought you were supposed to be taking he strain off the NHS. Now I am unable to collect my prescription till Monday or go to A&E.
I have just had the most AWFUL experience in this pharmacy on Canford Heath. I went in to fill my daughters prescription. They said it would take 10mins so I stood and waited. I heard the pharmacy assistant say to the pharmacist “Oh we don’t have the first item, but its available from AAH I can order it in for tomorrow, shall I order it?” The pharmacist said “lets have a look” then the first voice said “oh no, no, no, no, its 51 pounds” there was some footsteps and then I heard the pharmacist say “no, don’t order it, just tell them we can’t get hold of it”. The old female Pharmacy Assistant then came to tell me the LIE they had concocted, when I asked if she thought all pharmacies would have this problem, she said “oh I don’t know, but we just can’t get hold of this tablet at that dosage”. I walked out and cried - it was like being told despite having a valid prescription, they felt my daughter’s health was not worth whatever portion of the 51 pounds it was that they would have to pay.
As long as there is breath in my body I will absolutely make sure none of my friends and family ever use this unprofessional, unwelcoming, unhelpful place again. If I could have rated it ZERO, I would have. DISGUSTING behaviour from people who are supposed to be professionals.
Dreadful. You can forget about picking up a prescription at lunchtime, unless you call ahead to find out when the pharmacist will be taking their break. I've never experienced this anywhere else, ever. Maybe I've just been lucky, maybe customer service is better in other parts of the country, maybe the other pharmacies I've used have been better organised. If you can't collect, a delivery service is available but they won't give an estimated arrival time. The unhelpful member of staff behind the counter seemed to think these obstacles were the norm, which is astonishing. I'll be encouraging the relative I collect prescriptions for to change pharmacies, because this one deserves to wither and die.
