Best KPortal Reviews

My family and I live in New Jersey, and were visiting the area. We were all hungry for dinner and with me being celiac and my husband being vegan, it's not easy for us to find something for everyone. But Arosso hit the spot! A fantastic menu to meet our dietary needs, as well as for our family who could eat any and everything. I would highly recommend!
$5.50 for half a box (tiny box) of fries should be a crime! It's robbery honestly. When ordering from other restaurants, one order of fries is typically enough for my family of three.. this was barley enough for two. I placed my order online and specifically noted in the instructions for the fries to be well done and what I got was undercooked soggy/moist fries. They were so gross, I had no choice but to toss them in the trash. Never again!
An overall disappointing experience. To spend nearly $60 on bland food is one of the most annoying things to experience but to have it be bland and a laughably small serving size is adding insult to injury. On one hand, I applaud them for recognizing their food’s shortcomings and not loading you up on food that will inevitably be wasted. On the other hand, it was $60 and if you’re going to charge me that much then you either have to deliver with excellent food and a small portion size or bland food with incredibly large portion. This place does neither. I won’t be returning and neither will the two people I shared the takeout with. On another note, I’ve seen the owner justifying the extra charge for gluten free food. I get it, gluten-free does force an establishment to raise their prices by a few dollars. That’s common sense. But to raise your small sandwich by $8 for this allergy is highway robbery and absolutely, unequivocally taking advantage of those who are gluten-sensitive. There’s a plethora of other reasonably priced establishments that offer gluten-free options that won’t gouge you. Go visit them if you are gluten-free.
Have eaten here many times and have always been happy. My family has a variety of food restrictions such as gluten free, vegetarian, and some vegan. There are many choices for all.
The gluten free pizza is made there and is delicious. So are their gluten free rolls and desserts. For surf and turf lovers they have a steak covered with crab that is amazing. Everyrhing is so good that it is hard to try new things.
We were more than pleasantly surprised by Arosso and their new digs. We were greeted warmly by the owner and were invited to either sit in the casual front counter area or in the dining room. We chose the dining room which was warmly decorated, had plenty of tables with place settings and cloth napkins and had Italian music playing. Our first impression was that Arosso would not disappoint and they didn't. The service and the food were excellent. We started by sharing a side of meatballs. They were huge and all meat. The sauce was really delicious and very different in consistency and flavor from most Italian restaurants. I ordered two side dishes (broccoli rabe and grilled chicken) which they combined, plated and garnished like a dinner. My husband had the veal marsala with penne. Both meals came with side salads and garlc bread. The chicken and veal were very tender and flavorful. The marsala sauce was light and had lots of mushrooms. We definitely enjoyed the food and the atmosphere and will most certainly be back.
I have celiac disease and must maintain a gluten free diet. I understand the increase cost involved. But I have never been so appalled of the cost at this restaurant. I ordered 1 large gluten free Stromboli and 1 large pepperoni roll. They said $70.00!! I changed the order to small thinking the large must have been family size. When I got home the Stromboli and roll where exactly the same thing and the size of a ellios pizza slice. Could hardly taste the filling because there wasn't any. After pending $40.00 I was never so disappointed talk about being taken advantage of for a disease. The online menu is not what they charge.
An unexpected treasure found in an unassuming Fairless Hills plaza. Finally an Italian restaurant owned and operated by an Italian native. This is exemplified in their dedication to great food and great service. A combination of local American favorites and old world Italian recipes as well. Salads that are not only delicious but works if art. Delicious sandwiches and pizza too.
Arosso’s pizza is outstanding - crisp crust with a good chew, which we enjoy frequently. At a recent lunch, we were wowed by their meat lasagna, with luscious layers of ricotta, herbs and meat between excellent pasta. Their eggplant rollatini is the best we’ve ever tasted- grilled, not fried eggplant, with mounds of fresh spinach layered with ricotta and provolone. Portions were incredibly generous. We took home enough for another meal. Our server Julian was terrific too. Cannot recommend this hidden gem highly enough.
