I won't ever use this company again under any circumstances.
My wife wrecked her car on a Friday morning and the city called this company to tow it from the accident. I contacted them within 4 hours of the vehicle being towed all of 2 miles. ($450 charge) and tried to figure out what the next step was. All they talked about was how insurance needed to pay them before they would release the vehicle to Johnson collision. My wife went and identified the vehicle in person the same day. They did not contact us about anything concerning the vehicle until Monday when we got this letter/bill. They reported the vehicle as abandoned even though we identified ourselves as the owners and charged us a $50 notification fee. No call no text no email. Just $50 for a letter to tell us they are charging a arm and a leg. 0 customer service and they where rude the entire time.
Jason and all his employees have always been super helpful, thorough, and accommodating. Have ALWAYS fixed, repaired, and resolved any vehicle issues I've ever had.
During ice storm these people really come through every place we called were bout 6 hrs out this was at midnight on Sunday they got to us within 45 mins I believe Jason was the driver very professional highly recommend these guys
FAST, professional, friendly, and they didn't break the bank! I would DEFINITELY refer people to them and will call them next time I need a wrecker! GREAT SERVICE!
My daughter ran off the road and needed a pull out. Great service, great price, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. We will l definitely be referring them and using them again. Thanks for helping my daughter ❤️
Best place to get your vehicle fixed with no problems
I'm from outside New Orleans on the way to a conference in Dallas and I got into a wreck in Longview, Texas. The 911 dispatcher called Armstrong and they handled me and my dog with the utmost care and professionalism. They even drove us to a var rental place at Shreveport Regional Airport.

If your car needs to be towed from any type of wreck, please call your own tow company! The receptionist is very rude, as well as the owner Jason Armstrong but, what stood out most about the owner, is that he smelled like a cooler of liquor! The receptionist had an issue/attitude with answering all our questions. Although, all paperwork that they requested was in the car, they wouldn’t let the owner of the vehicle get the info out the car to show proof of the vehicle being his. We’re from Louisiana, a state that REQUIRES you to keep that info in the vehicle at all times!
I wouldn’t recommend them to tow a dog!
Very POOR service, with a NASTY, RUDE ATTITUDE, from the owner to the RUDE receptionist!
