Their salsas are perfection, they even have them in big ketchup/mustard plastic bottles for you to enjoy at your table, and their pollo is to die for. I’m avoiding red meat so I’ve tried their pollo nachos but usually get the #9 (two pollo tacos w/ rice and beans) they might have the best beans and rice in San Diego. The experience they deliver is everything you could ask for and more, easily the best service I’ve received in any similar establishment. I discovered this spot in April it’s been my new Saturday tradition to stop by ever since.
Great food at a reasonable price! My literal only complaint was the bathroom requires you to go in to the kitchen, which feels a little unsanitary. Other than that, I quite enjoyed the food!
This is a food place for Burritos and a quick Mexican food craving. The peole are friendly, they let me customize my burrito. (That is important to me). Also they where very fast which is good since they are in a high business area, lots of people have limited time for lunch. This place is not very expensive my meal only cost me $8.84 (after taxes)
$12.50 (after tax) for a Carnes asada burrito is crazy to me. Probably catering to all the 6-figure employees in the area. The rest of us just gotta deal I guess ????
They clean the tables with bleach. Love it ????

Good pollo asado plate that included rice, beans, Pico de gallo and tortillas. Very tasty. Nice friendly staff. Lady keeping all tables clean.
I had the best street tacos I have had here in north San Diego in this small place near gravity heights !

Been coming here a long time since it was Nico's, and it's always been very good. Some of the people still work there and the quality is just as good. The great food is only surpassed by the people who work here.
Ordered fish taco combo. The order was ready quick. However, the fish in the taco looked very unappetizing. I wonder if this is one of those frozen fish sticks that are about to expire.
