I was in need of HVAC evacuation I happen to call the place google said it was still open. I spoke to Bobby he was closing in 10 min but I was 30 min away he said if your absolutely coming I’ll wait for you. I assured him I would be there if he was open.
I spoke to Bobby when I arrived he evacuated my system. Bobby is very knowledgeable and honest businessman/worker.
I am very particular on workmanship. I only on a very very rare occasion/ circumstances let someone work on my vehicle. Give this place a try I’m sure you’ll be satisfied with the workmanship/ service you will receive.
Very poor help. My vehicle was vandalized with over $2000 dollars of equipment stolen while my truck was in their custody. They have no cameras watching the establishment.. The owner didn't care or even assist in helping with the vandalism or even willing to file an insurance claim for the damages. I will never ever take or recommend services to anyone just because of how my situation was handled. Not to mention I ended up having to tow my vehicle elsewhere to be fixed.
I have pictures of my vehicle while on their property and the damages done tp it as well. I will post them at a later time after I get them copied from my google photos account. For those who don't believe my word. Thank you. But do not trust them.
The owner responded to my review....stating I was never a customer. Okay so lets put it out there I actually was a friend of the owner and yes I got burned by trusting him. And if I was never a customer it is funny how I had previous work done on the same vehicle matter of fact the O2 sensors. Which I paid for and had the parts ordered and sent to the shop for the work done. I also bought and had the fuel lines sent to the business in which the work was never completed and I had to tow the truck elsewhere to have the work completed after the truck was vandalized on the property in the care of them. So, whether a friend or a customer of the shop. I WAS BURNED BY THEM PERIOD.
I have been going to Bobby's shop for a few years already. He is the best Mechanic I know. I live in Perris and although I have several auto shops right around the corner, I rather go to Bobby. He has always done a great job on my car. I would follow him everywhere he goes no matter how far I have to drive because he does great work on my car. I trust him and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I don't care what anyone says , To me, he's the best car mechanic I know and I would highly recommend him and I have. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
Bobby Poe and his crew have been doing maintenance and any major work on my Toyota since about spring 2012 when it needed a rebuilt engine. I have found Bobby to be respectful, professional, always willing to answer questions, thorough, reliable, and honest. With them there is no such thing as telling you you need a repair you don't need; each situation is explained so you can make your own decision. This is my "go to" place to get my car checked when engine light comes on, etc. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I highly recommended this business.
If you want work done in a timely fashion, this is not the place to go. I had somebody go to check on my car and the owner, Bobby, was standing around during their normal business hours drinking a beer. I was told my car will be done a week ago and he's still saying he's working on it. Unacceptable professionalism. I'm disappointed. Last time as their customer.
Starter died at 76 station next door. Owner of this garage came over w tools in hand and knocked the starter. It worked on starting the Honda Odyssey. We went next door to his garage and he knocked out replacing the starter for a decent price. He was no BS. Hard 2 find honest automotive garages these days. We found him by accident, but now we have an honest place to recommend and have our cars worked on.
Took my 2000 Buick park avenue ultra to their place cuz my transmission was jumping and slipping, he drove over and parked it and said it would be ready the next day. When I came to pick up my car the next day he told it was just some loose vacuum lines charged me 80 bucks and I reluctantly paid my 80 bucks got my car back and it still did the same thing and the guy said its fine it was just the vacuum lines he replaced, Only thing is transmissions don't have vacuum lines the guy is a straight up lier and a rip off
..NO JOKE ! He burned me for 80 dollar's, i dont know how he can sleep at night.
I would never go there again Ever !
I have been taking my cars to Bobby and Paul for several years. Most recently they repaired a head gasket on my truck, I have a collectible car , A chrysler TC by Maserati. Parts are hard to find but they have always found a way. They are great guys and fair. I wouldl not take my cars anywhere else.
