I just had to write a review for this great shop.
I was recommended here by a mechanic i highly trust, and they did not disappoint.
Michael was absolutely one of the most communicative service representatives you could ask for, and every one in the shop goes above and beyond to make sure they correctly diagnose and fix your issues, while also trying to provide the best prices available. I highly recommend this auto shop
and will be referring many people here.
This man called Michael is an evil man. And may God judge you for doing me dirty. I regret taking my truck to your shop.
Over price you & Nothing work what you paid for I'm tried of taking my back to the shop for them to do work that should have been done and should have been working before they gave it to me I made a mistake big time
Been to them more than once communication is on point to me and the Def try to have your vehicle done by the time you need it done
I never give reviews but had to. Awful, I mean absolutely awful customer service. They give you one date then make you, the customer, pester them for the issue with your car. Then when you get the reason they up charge you a ridiculous amount. I understand people gotta make their money but make it reasonable. Also when you ask for the part needed so you can purchase it they give you a whole story about “they’re not allowed to”.
My honest review without malice- never take your car here. There’s a store up the street Jose Auto who will get you in and out without any stress

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! They are absolutely horrible, poor customer service, and don't keep their word. Honestly I think they are incompetent mechanics who don't have a clue what they are doing. I took my audi q7 to their shop 8 months ago, they worked on my car for 5 months. I finally got my car back after paying $5,000 for a timing chain repair. I drove my car for 2 weeks then it broke down again with the same issue (the timing chain broke again.) The mechanic (owner) agreed to look at it and fix it. It has now been a month and a half and they have been claiming that they are waiting on parts for a whole month. They clearly are not working on the car because it is sitting in the parking lot every time I ride pass and they are constantly giving me the run around extending the job out every time it is supposed to be done. I called them and told them I am no longer waiting and he refused to talk to me (the receptionist), so then I requested to speak to a mechanic so I can find out what is internally going on with my engine then he denies me to speak to a mechanic. I am so fed up with this place. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!
