Best KPortal Reviews

Went there yesterday for the first time with my friend. Ordered Fried fish po’boy & chicken wrap. Delicious food & my friend really liked their special sauce which comes with the wrap. Nice little store with outdoor seating, good service, waiting time for food is not bad.
Here's the problem: every Sunday they allow one person to buy out the entire stock of burgers. This is a burger restaurant. It's pretty hard to call yourself that if 1 minute after you open you are out of burgers. This is like a month straight. Please, whomever manages this establishment, make a change. Either stop letting one person buy your entire stock of burgers, or make more burgers, or stop calling yourself a burger restaurant. Nobody wants to eat sausage when they crave a burger. It's not even the same animal.
Its a very small out of the way kind of place to find if you arent familiar, but it's worth it. The foods pretty good and the people running it are very courteous. I have to say I do believe the onion rings they make have to be the best onion rings I've ever had, the seasoning in the batter just tastes so damn good. Definitely would recommend to anyone for a good eat location, give them about 15-20 minutes to prepare all food it's not fast food.
Food is pretty good based on only eating there twice and got the burger both times. Service needs to be on a MUCH higher standard. I called yesterday to place an order. Google said open until 7pm. When I called, she said that's incorrect and that they close at 5. I was ok with this as it was about 4:50pm. So today, I called at just before 4:30 and was going to order a burger for me and a friend. I was told, we are closed going forward. So I politely said, I thought yall were closed at 5pm, as I was told yesterday. She said, well, we started shutting down already. Really???? I can understand if I had called 5 or 10 minutes before but knowing that, we never would even attempt to order at any restaurant that close to closing. But 30 minutes prior?????? I have NEVER had this happen at any place. I've placed order 30 minutes prior to closing at Morvants, A-Bears in New Iberia, Rotella's in Youngsville, El Paso in Youngsville. I'm seriously shocked and we definitely will not order there in the future. I guess it was a blessing because I'll have to go get a few groceries and cook my own on my blackstone, which is definitely a 5 star+ burger :) That's just bad business period.
I’ve never had a bad meal. They’re always friendly at the window.
I forgot to call and let the nice ladies know that the burger was phenomenal, so I hope this review will suffice! I got the Cajun burger and it was delicious and sooo freaking thick! Definitely going want some napkins on standby when you get at it, but would not sleep on this place or pass it up. Highly recommended.
Tried it for the first time today- AMAZING food, absolutely delicious! The staff was so friendly and sweet! Will definitely be a regular customer now! :)
Food was good but disappointing at the same time. We ordered a cheeseburger, shrimp quesadilla, hotdog, chicken wrap, & lg fry. The burger was still pink inside, not my favorite choice of burger to eat. The seasoned fries barely had any seasoning at all and to say it was a large fry it was still a fairly small portion. The chicken could have been cooked longer. It was rubbery, and everything fell from out the wrap. Hotdog was good and shrimp quesadilla wasnt a fan favorite. Could of just been the wrap that was used. Snowballs were delicious though. I would give this place another try later in time. Hoping for a better outcome of quality!
