Some of the best pizza you will ever eat!! Try the cheese sticks and the garlic knots also. Staff was friendly and attentive. Everyone went out of their way to serve us. Our party of 4 came on a Thursday night around 9 p.m. Other places we were going to eat at closed at 9 p.m., so we ended up here after a recommendation from hotel staff. It turned out to be great for us bc we ended up here. Definitely recommend you try it!

Cardi B was suppose to perform that night. The kids tenders and fries were great the kids penne pasta had 8 pieces of penne. The pizza was great. The Cesar salad was a hard skip. Just boring.

Ooo all 5 stars! Don’t know I’ve ever given all 5 stars anywhere yet this place more than deserves it! Angel’s envy bourbon is the base for this wonderful angels bacon fashion with chocolate bitters and candy bacon. That alone would give them five stars! The double flat burger was perfect and that’s from the pickle to the cheese, the bun everything! Now, if you want to eat french fries, that stay hot, the whole time you’re eating them, this is the way to serve them, in a copper Tumblr wrapped in paper! Oh wow! And the mixed berry cobbler with Tahitian ice gelato… I’m pretty much in heaven and not just because I’m at Miami Beach and the Fountainbleu resort, I understand the oldest hotel in Miami. Feels like rat pack, and gracious ladies energy here! I’m pretty sure if I didn’t have fabulous jewelry they would’ve looked hard at my River sandals, and said no, you can’t come in! Love this place!

Ok food (wings and salad was good, nachos not so much). The vibe is nice and sporty, I share the same opinion about the front desk person taking the names indifferently. We visited two times and the second time service was very slow, someone brought us water after 20 minutes of us being seated (and this was after waiting half an hour for a table). If you are staying at the resort, this is one of your limited casual food options.

Was on vacation with my boyfriend and his family. We got here when it was not busy at all. A waiter told us to walk over to the hostess table to be seated, after waiting 10 minutes and having no hostess in sight, the same waiter pointed to a table for us to sit in. After taking a seat, we waited yet another 15 minutes this time to even get MENUS. A couple that came after us was seated and given menus right away. Our waiter was very uninterested and asked my boyfriend and his dad what they wanted to drink, and then IGNORED me and his brother to ask what we wanted to drink. We ended up getting 2 burgers and some pastas which had zero flavor. The waiter came back with our bill after WE asked for a check since he never really checked in on us. They automatically added a $30 dollar tip/service charge for HORRIBLE service. Will never come back here again.

PS: we were not some beach wearing tank top looking tourists by any means, we were wearing nice clothes and looked elegant. Do not understand why everyone here was rude

After a long flight and rushing to get check in, my wife and I were starving. We got to Arkadia at 10:27pm and Rosalie tells me they stop seating people at 10:30pm and only doing takeout. I explained to her it was 10:27pm and that is the policy 10:27pm or 10:30pm. She became very combative and had no explanation other than that’s what her manager told her. I understand rules and policies however she could have accommodated us and made the start of our vacation enjoyable. She took the latter. Very disappointed and won’t come back here again.

Love the atmosphere and the food! We have come here a couple of times and the food and service never disappoints. It’s really nice for family/kids especially, based on the menu and environment. Perfect for a quick snack or whole meal and they are usually open starting from early dinner and on weekends practically all time. So far, we have tried the Skirt Steak, Pizza, Classic Burger, Greek Salad, Grilled Shrimp, Onion Rings, Waffle Fries, Caesar Salad and probably more that I am forgetting and everything has been very delicious and fresh. If you love Italian, the pizza is a must. The staff is also very kind and attentive, especially in comparison to other places and service is quick and reliable. Everything had been cooked to perfection. Stop by if you want some good ol’ American food!

Beautiful atmosphere. Came in on a Saturday night around 10:30pm ish and it was quiet but lovely because the service was fast and no line! The two lovely bartenders were amazing & served my food with care and the food was SPECTACULAR!! The cheesecake is fabulous - creamy cheesecake with fresh strawberries and purée made fresh! Not too sweet :)
