Poor communication, I've used them in the past with no problem but this last time the communication was terrible with me and the insurance company that was responsible. I told them not to repair my vehicle until it was thoroughly inspected and can be restored mechanically first and then cosmetically. They changed associate during repair with very little details. I had to physically go to the shop after several calls with no returned calls. They initiated cosmetic repairs without calling, the associate that took over the repairs had no idea what was going on. When I finally was able to speak with someone that told me repairs had begun. They were to check the exhaust or sound which was damaged during the accident. I was told it was no undercarriage damage yet I have a new tire, rim, bottom covering. All in all they gave my car a cosmetic make over without permission. Vehicle is not mechanically sound. I would have paid for the mechanical issue first. It was all about the money. I would not recommend!
Greatest place to have your car done at
Took my car up here to get an estimate on how much it will cost since I was paying out of pocket. They told us a week ago they would call us back with an estimate. Never received a call back. I later found out that the reason they never called us back was because we were not using insurance. They can jack up the price with insurance. In the end, the only thing that matters is money and not taking care of customers. Don’t waste your money, find someone else.
They told me it would take about a week to replace bumper, grill, and a fog light that were broken from hitting a deer I called after a week(on a Friday) told me to give them one more day. This is now Wednesday and I’ve not heard a word getting aggervated ready for my truck back
They had my car for a MONTH and it’s still not all the way fixed. The door they supposedly replaced is sounding like it may fall off anytime I open it and the window makes popping sounds anytime I roll it down. They also left tons of wires, cleaner, and rags in my passenger seat.... Lesson learned.
A friend told me about this place if all works out hopefully they will do some great repair work on my Silverado next week an I'll share some great news.
I have had work done twice. They are professionals and do great work. I will reccomend them to anyone who needs work done.
