I got the mixed platter. After tax cost $16.
Great price for the portion served. Unique delicious flavor.
My platter came with gyro meat and chicken on top of fries but you can choose over rice. A salad and hummus on the side. Great food!
I'd be mad if I weren't laughing so hard. Other reviewers have posted much better experiences and pictures, so hopefully this was just an off day for them. Nevertheless, I won't be back. Service was pleasant and restaurant was clean. And before you wonder: yes, I tipped. 40% in fact, ffs...
I really enjoyed the chicken shawarma wrap that I had. The chicken was flavorful, tender, and juicy. The pita was soft and yummy. The fries were fries, nothing special. They only have cans of soda not fountain drinks. The Greek salad was good. The pita burger (not pictured) was very tasty. The baklava was some of the most unique I've ever had. It was pistachio baklava. Definitely Yummy!!! I'm giving this 5 stars because the food was all around good but the cashier, Matthew, was patient and kind and accommodating and friendly.
Had a great experience at Arizona Pita! I live nearby and have seen this restaurant but never visited and I'm glad I did. I had the chicken shawarma and my wife had the gyro. The veggies in the pita were fresh and delicious and the chicken was amazing. Excellent and friendly service and the prices are good too. I'll definitely be coming back.
I got a chicken schwarma salad yesterday delivered to me through Grub Hub. A couple hours after eating it started vomiting. That was the only thing I ate up to that point that day. I had to see the doctor to finally get relief from continuous vomiting. I have gotten meals through Grubhub from AZ pita with out any issues. I called this morning to warn them so no one else gets sick. There was no manager at the store and I explained I didn’t want anything just to let them know. The girl who answered did not care. I would give negative stars if I could her lack of customer service is disappointing
Not many good Middle Eastern places in Arizona. The chicken is juicy, not dry. The seasoning on the chicken is beautiful. The gyro meat is made perfectly. Also, the humus doesn't taste canned.. it tastes fresh.. The people are warm, friendly and generous-true to middle eastern roots!
They give me a free drink and one for my son as well.
Pretty disappointing to be honest. I love Greek food but this just wasn't the best. The 'platter' only has a few small pieces of meat, the rice was tasteless and the veggies were pretty sad looking.
The hummus was actually pretty good but they gave me a single piece of very dry pita bread and for 8$ it didn't feel like it was worth it.
This place is fantastic! The service and food were equally amazing. Portion sizes were generous and presented very nicely. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the folks behind the counter were super friendly. I highly recommend the mixed platter along with the falafel appetizer. Definitely going to be returning here soon!
