I had went in the salon prior to getting my hair done I had talked to the owner and she said she could do it so we set a date, the day came where it was time to get my hair done the salon owner did my hair, I originally showed her a photo of what I wanted which was blonde days prior to the day we had set, she knew it was blonde to in the picture, it took about 4 hours to finish my hair after it was done I looked up it was platinum it was gray I did NOT ASK for that she never gave me a heads up or explained the process to me, I was stunned to speak when I seen it then she proceeds to say when the hair is already done that in the picture I showed her it’s gray which it wasn’t because she even told me herself it was blonde when she seen the inspo pic. I had went 1 day later to show her what I disliked and I told her some pieces are yellow then she proceeds to say there’s no yellow that she doesn’t see it. I had brought my mom with me that day and my mom even told her there’s some parts that almost look blue the salon owner says that she doesn’t see it. Overall it came out patchy some spots have this weird brown on them it’s just VERY BAD it looks blue almost. I trusted her bc when I went days prior a lady that works their as well told me the salon owner specializes in blondes so I said okay perfect, It was $230 in total and as well another thing she said she supposedly cut my hair and asked me how much length she should cut off SHE never asked me that she didn’t cut anything off but she sure as hell took my money happily her work is messy, In my opinion no vayan aquí este lugar no sabe lo que hacen, nomas esta para sacarle uno el dinero, If your a hair salon stylist please know your stuff and explain the process to people who have never gone blonde before I had explained to her my hair background so she could know before why couldn’t she do the same thing back and walk me through how it’s going to go they don’t offer consultations which they should bc clearly they don’t know what their doing. No se como tiene ella su licencia de cosmetology tampoco se como lleva 25 años oh lo que sea haciendo pelo si claramente no sabe pero bien que agarro el dinero después ???? No recomiendo este lugar definitivamente pero cada quien

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL with CARMEN she supposably has 25yrs of expierience but has NO CLUE HOW TO DO A BALAYAGE!! Showed her a pic of what I wanted she agreed she could do it , told me it wouldnt be exact color which I understood BUT instead She FRIED ALL my hair (top to bottom) gave me a CHEMICAL CUT and still charged me the full price she had originally quoted me. Was extremely RUDE when I asked her to make situation right. Told me that I was already unsatified with my hair before going in (of course thats why I wanted a new look and seeked "professional" help to achieve it) ... STAY AWAY LADIES!!
I was in deep need of changing my hair color as it was orange due to a hairstylist messing up my hair but I went to Carmen and she did me right ! I walked out with beautiful hair ???? my hair is thick and was a mess but she managed to get me the hair color that I wanted my hair was fried and orange and I was in her chair for 6 hours but all too have the beautiful hair she gave me I recommend Carmen ! I had went from orange fried hair to platnum blonde loved it ! 10/10 ????????

THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE.
I've been going to Aries, and Carmen, the owner, has cut and Styled my hair, as a finicky older Male, and every cut, for over 15 years every month, is perfect.
And the price is well within and below most places ,especially, for the experience of Carmen and staff, gives.
I'm a real gentleman. A real person, and Carmen,is a true friend of mine, and I'm requesting that all of you who do come, be kind and honest.
It's a Hispanic community and mostly Hispanic people, lovely and beautiful too, are always with a smile. But , you have to smile too, no attitudes .
On last important issue,
Dont be cheap with your TIP.
I m writing this, because after 15 years, I owe my friend, Carmen, at least this much...
Oh yeah. Im a white senior citizen. So , please, make an appointment, and be nice .
Tip well, LOOK MARVELOUS.

Terrible experience from the beginning I walked in the lady gave me an attitude and was being so rude and instead if the owner saying something about it she was backing her up. She left my son with patches and didn't clean him up right ????????
Great customer service, price, and all around knows their hair
