A hidden gem just around the corner from Canary Wharf. Great Shisha in a really cosy and rustic environment. The service is great, wide selection of flavours and great food at a really reasonable price.
If only I could give 0, I would.

Ambience cold and not welcoming (you don’t even know where the entrance is).
Shisha horrible, never come there.
They didn’t ask for drinks and staff were not welcoming at all and they couldn’t wait for us to leave.

No mistake, this shisha lounge is poor. Staff are unattentive, rude and lazy.
The staff take up much of the seating with their friends and have customers sit away in awkward corners of the lounge.
The only working tv is in the areas which the staff sit and play card games while they ignore customers.
Onto the shisha, lacking flavour and overloaded with coal. Seems the staff want the coal to burn all the flavour so customers leave sooner. I had to go over to the staff in order to get some tongs and correct the shisha myself. ( I had to interrupt their game)
Bad shisha, bad atmosphere, bad customer service. This lounge as well as its shisha will leave a bad taste in your mouth.
The atmosphere was warm and nice, with the blue/red lighting and music. The seats are comfortable and shisha was amazing, very good quality. Customer service was top notch so would definitely go again.
This place truly is brilliant. The shisha is always on point, strong but not too harsh, lasts for so long. Owners are extremely friendly and attentive, if you have an issue they wont hesitate to sort it out. Excellent relaxing vibe here. You can play Fifa here too. Prices are kind of standard at £20 but unlike many shisha places, shisha is nearly always excellent
A very bad experience. Shisha quality was vvery poor. Atmosphere wasn’t suitable to comfort. A very limited availability of drinks. Don’t know what to do here either than writing a helpful review for upcoming customers…
Some of the best Shisha in London, and at a great price! Can't get Shisha cheaper in Canary Wharf, and the owners are amazing people, really easy going. There's also a small food market in the back where you can choose from Turkish, Indian, Jamaican and dessert stalls!
Not used to paying £25 for shisha lol but it’s probably because of the area it’s in. Disregarding the price I was pleased with the flavours available and quality of shisha was good.
