This is an interesting park in the centre of Hinckley. It includes a large war memorial, a fountain, a bandstand, and lots of benches.

This is a super park and open space complete with play area, band stand, duck pond and war memorial remembrance garden.

The hill to the now war memorial garden used to be the motte in times gone by where a castle stood and with a bit of imagination, the duck pond could be seen as part of a moat. I find the whole area very tranquil and lots of benches to sit and reflect. Nearly always a squirrel to be seen scampering about the mature trees.

Lovely open space in the middle of Hinckley. Lots of places to sit and contemplate with a coffee or allow the kids to wear themselves out. Sunshine or rain its always a pleasure to be here.

A beautiful park with live events and a duck pond.

Lovely park, with a fountain (not always on) and bandstand etc. The sports centre is a few steps away and has a toilet and coffee shop.

I am retired and we have had some amazing weather this year and I find I'm drawn to Argents Mead. The counsel do an amazing job keeping the area/gardens up to date.

There is music going on etc. and I love sitting on the bench with a roast potato tuna and sweetcorn served from a facility at the top of Castle Street, the grand children love it too with the swings etc.

Great afternoon watching Hometown the singing trio locally.

A nice public open space in the centre of Hinckley, next to the leisure centre and less than 50 metres to Castle Street. Park benches and tables available and look out for notices on events held here, with music from the bandstand to food festivals. A good place to meet.
