Glenda was fantastic! Her husband and herself did a fantastic job on my wife's Tahoe. There were a few impurities I found when I got home, reached out to Glenda and with no hesitation she told me to bring it back. They stand behind their warranty and they will do whatever to make it right. We as a community have to stand behind our small businesses as such. It's hard to find a company with such integrity. We have to eventually do the side's of our Tahoe and ARG has definitely earned our business! We recommend anyone looking for integrity, honesty, very fair priced, look no further! We had two price quotes to choose from (new or used parts) Fast and easy quote from pictures and stayed true to their word about price and when it would be ready for pickup. Pictures of the car were sent as updates. Very easy to get into contact with and the car looks and runs like new. Honest and hardworking people! We paid for parts first then upon pickup we paid for the labor. Definitely recommend and we will be going back should we need anything else done to our vehicles.
When every shop through my insurance wanted me to wait a week to bring my car in to be fixed, ARG took it the very next day after speaking with them on the phone. Their service is excellent, very communicative, and I was so pleasantly surprised that the inside of my car was detailed I was not expecting that, definitely not something any of the other shops I’ve dealt with have done. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their car!
Great Service, timing and price! My sunroof broke and they did an excellent job and it was quite an involved job as the whole inside roof needed to be taken down to replace the glass ???????? definitely recommended
I have a new truck that had been hit on both doors passenger side. I brought it to Glenda and Ralphie to check out. Ralphie was all over it within minutes. I could see the Passion on his face of repairing vehicles. He gave me great comfort immediately. Glenda even called the rental place where I was getting my rental car, To tell them I needed a few more days longer. If you are looking for quality service and detail I recommend these people. I consider them friends.
These guys are incredibly welcoming and did a great job on the paint work for my car. I was stressing on finding a good shop to paint my car since it desperately needed one. I found this business after googling and trusted the reviews. It is also why I'm contributing.
Their rates are pretty solid. They do their absolute best and it shows. They even go further and did more with my car than I expected including cleaning my car and disinfecting it. They're also very understanding after having the job delayed due to a string of very bad weather. I'm happy they stuck with it as well and not charging extra.
These reviews do not lie. I'm very glad to have my car back and it's looking so much better than before. Book your next job with them, you will not be disappointed at all.
Amazing job! I am extremely happy with the work they did on my vehicle. Glenda and Ralphie are great. They kept us updated on the progress and always made us feel we were in good hands.
