Gave my car for an interim service (oil change etc) and MOT. When I got the car back I could immediately hear unusual noise from the engine and the engine light came on soon enough. Spoke to them but they did not acknowledge the issue and said all is fine.
Got my car checked from another garage who said that wrong type of oil was used (given the age of the car, they should have used thicker oil) leading to timing chain getting broken and engine issues which will cost ~£2,500 to repair now. Car effectively written off. All that following a simple interim service that I trusted them with.
Absolutely fantastic human being but that's my personal opinion very reliable always giving great advice to everyone no matter who you are also always looking after every customer that walks through the door ????????????????

This is my second visit to this garage and I sincerely recommend it to everyone. You can rely on them, quick repairs, very well done and above all they are very honest, they will not rip you off. I have finally found my garage and I will not go anywhere else.

Booked for work to be done half a day atleast as back door was not working how ever i was due an mot so they did it obviously it failed on a rear spring/ hand brake needed ajusting and the back door so i said do the work as it was booked in anyway to be told i have to bring it back a week later and another day off work for some thing that should off been done there and then i also asked for a quote for this work as every one would do, for him to refuse to give me a quote ????? To then be told the rear spring alone will cost £250 fitted what a joker how ever i took it else were and did the whole lot for less than the quote for the spring, how ever the morale of the story was i booked it in 4 weeks before the work was suppost to get done that i originally asked for not happy with the level off service 100% wouldent recommended and this garage is well over priced what a joke
