I ordered an original taco salad and 2-piece halibut with fries. Presented a coupon for each but they charged me $2.00 more for the advertised price of the taco salad and charged me the price for a 3-piece halibut and fries which is $2.00 more than the 2-piece. Bottom line is I didn’t save anything, their coupons are worthless, you end up paying the same as you would with no coupons. Food is always good, just watch what they charge you with their coupons.
Fast and friendly service. They forgot our fries, but luckily fixed the mistake quickly. The 1st set of fries we had were cold, and the 2nd set of fries were warm but super salty. Expected the Burger to be bigger. But this is fast food. Not sure where the bacon was on the Burger but there was definitely a salad on top of my Burger. ????. The kids play area was super cold. And the seats are the tables in the kid area are super uncomfortable. But the kids didn't mind they were running around and playing.
Every time we have been to this Arctic Circle the service has been great! They go above and beyond many restaurants let alone fast food establishments. We talked with the manager and he said that excellent service is his goal! We think he has achieved that!
I got a kid's meal for my nephew. The burger was cold, stale cold fries, forgot to add the fry sauce. He was kind of mad the fry sauce being the reason he likes going there. I liked coming here. I guess checking this place off my list ????. Good thing there are more variety of places nowadays to choose from. THE SAD THING WAS THEY WEREN'T EVEN BUSY
Very disappointed in our visit tonight. We ordered a pastrami burger...but the hamburger was missing. Went up to show the kids that were working what it was missing. One asked if we wanted it re made, we'll yes that would be nice. The kids working, were all joking around that it was made wrong.
One of the girl working the front counter had several hickies all over her neck.
The floor behind the counter was dirty and disgusting.
Where is the adult supervision for these kids working there? Terrible all around. Won't be returning to this location.
The fish and fries are still pretty good. The taco salad wasn't very good. I don't like the taco meat they use now. It used to be one of my favorite meals to order, not now. No eggnog shakes. Disappointing. Bring back the eggnog shakes!
Magna Arctic circle 830 pm it was slow a couple of the employees were washing the walls they had already done the floors tables ect. Bathrooms were clean the gal that took my order actually listened to what I ordered. Best burger.my wifes taco salad was excellent 2 corn dogs well acorn dog is a corn dog but a good corn dog another time I went in and thet were handing kiddy cones no charge they were good with the kids excellent experience keep it up guys great job
The food is consistently good. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store and restrooms are clean. All in all, a pleasant experience.
