Food is acceptable, kids meals are good. The service is friendly, but PAINFULLY slow. We legitimately avoid this place even if there's zero people in the drive through lane. It takes up to 15 minutes to get your food. It has been this way for at least 4 years. There would be a MUCH larger crowd of customers daily if they could get a meal within even halfway reasonable amount of time.
I'm a huge fan of Arctic Circle once every 6 months or so. But I am always impressed with this location. The fries are always hot, and the burgers taste pretty fresh. Really friendly staff at this location too. I only come here for the nostalgic feeling of remembering my grandparents who used to live down the road. Rip Mary and Edward Sawaya
Have not been here. Looked like a nice place to get a burger. Walked in and Wow, high ceilings with clean tables. Counter was clean also. Employees took my order. Picked the two cheese burger, fries and drink. Very tasty. Fries were hot and crispy. Burger could have been a bit warmer. Dr Pepper had the right mix. Easy to see from street. Easy access with good parking.
Emery, who took our order, was very sweet and went out of her way to interact with us, even though she was busy and had two other team members call in. Good customer service is rare these days, and it meant a lot that Emery had it. Give that woman a raise.
The food was amazing today. These fries are so good when they're hot. The bun on my burger was soft, and my mini-corndog bites were well done just like I asked.
The food for the most part, safe for the ice cream, are not so very good as I have remembered them in the 2000s. However, their ice cream are always delicious: smooth, thick, and creamy! I recommend the twist ice cream with the waffle cone; it is by far the best item of this Arctic Circle.
This fine dining restaurant took extra time to make sure I got a nice chilled burger. Only took them 25 minutes! Definitely a great place to learn patience.
Their dining room could use some acoustic dampening. It's a large echo chamber. When the children get loud, it's nearly unbearable.
