There was a piece of plastic in my burgers and there was hairs in 3 out of the 6 fries I got I work in fast food and it is not hard to make food right. When I called she seemed hesitant to give me a refund for the burgers only even though I have my receipt. I should have asked for a refund for my fries too but I work in fast food and know how the struggle is. Very disappointing when you spend 75$ on food for your family and this happens.
Waited over an hour for ice cream in the drive thru only for there to be grease on one of the cones. That kind of cross contamination should not happen considering it’s ice cream so if contamination like that is happening, I don’t trust any other food from there.
Arctic Circle…. It’s been years since I’ve eaten at this location. We were waiting on our car to be fixed, so we walked across the street to grab a burger. The restaurant itself was clean, a little dated, but clean. The staff was friendly enough. The food was a little over done. We did wait some time to get our meals, but nothing horrible. I will say they still have pretty good ice cream! I enjoyed a root beer float with my food, and it brought back all my childhood nostalgia of this place! Next time I’m here, I’ll be sure to grab a cotton candy flavor cone :)
I’ll also add the the prices for their food are considerably lower than other fast food chains. We found ourselves a little amazed that we could still get a bag of 5 burgers for around $9! So that was a huge bonus.
It's not easy for me to leave a bad review. Parking is horrid and if you get stuck during busy hour the drive through was 40 minutes long. $9 shake that was pretty melted by the time we go it.
The drive through consistently takes an absurdly long time. Doesn’t matter what time of day, if you’re the only one in line, or if you order one item vs ten. Expect a 15-45min+ wait.
Dang, I've known about Arctic Circle my whole life, but somehow I never knew how awesome the food is here! The pastrami burger is so good, and the fries and shakes are excellent! ????????
One thing I would like is better restroom access. The door to the restroom is right next to the drive thru lane, which doesn't seem safe.
Pretty decent. The sauce is delicious too.
The bathrooms are outside which I think is weird. No baby changing stations either.
The servers are always fast and friendly; the restaurant is always clean and bright.
