The food was very good, and very ample portions. I enjoyed my sangria as well as my beer cocktail, and I tried the Smokehouse Hash for brunch. The atmosphere is nice and open and a great place if you like watching sports as they have plenty of TVs.
1st time here and last time! The atmosphere in this place is very nice but that's all I can say about it the; food portions are small. The food is also very pricey for such small portions, out of everything my group had to eat my favorite was actually the macaroni and cheese along with the homemade chips and french onion dip. Wait staff was pleasant enough, I had the half slab baby back ribs they were a tender enough but still dry and a little burnt on the outside. Other people in my group ordered pulled pork which was decent and another order was the cheese pizza which was actually delicious. Very disappointed though overall with the food selection. I can't say I'd recommend this place over all.
Wow! How did I not know about breakfast at Arcadia?! It's amazing, there wasn't a lot of people when we were there. The Bloody Mary is not something you should pass up. Definitely put this on your list to visit!
Beer amazing - the cinnamon, nutmeg and fall brew was a hit. I'll go back for more of that.
Food: banana pudding was banana soup - it looked yummy on top but once I put my spoon inside it was a soup and had bits of old bananas
Mac n cheese with brisket. - it was ok for an appetizer. the portion was a good size. It just seemed that it had been sitting and was on its last few minutes to be served.
The service. Wow! There were two people and one was the bartender. The lady who served is kept forgetting about our table, a six top ordered their food and got their food between us getting our appetizers and us having to remind her that we didn't have our food order. She forgot to put in my friends food order and didn't apologize but put it in when she brought our food out. His food was the freshest out of all of ours. I asked for BBQ sauce and never got it. My friend asked for lids for her old sides and she ended up walking out without lids. We had to ask for our bills after finishing eating because they had closed and the lady was cleaning and had turned the music up forgetting about us. She got our orders wrong when she split the check.
We started our experience at 8 pm and ended at 10:15 pm. I wish we had the male server who was very attentive to his customers.
Some unique breakfast food items, great staff, and plenty of good drink choices. We brought our 9 month old along, who had a blast messing around on the patio area.
I tried the breakfast burrito and though it was really good! Filled with brisket and pulled pork, but it needed a little something extra like smothered in their cheese sauce or something crunchy inside.
I will be back and hopefully remember to ask them to add something to it. But there is a ton of other awesome looking items on the menu that I will probably give a try.
The atmosphere is pretty cool and the staff was very friendly. The place was not very busy for lunch at the time we went.
I had the brisket sandwich combo which came with the house chips. The sandwich was very tasty but could have used a bit more meat. The sauces on the table added just the right amount of additional flavor. The chips were very good and plentiful. The four pickle slices had a nice but too them.
All in all, definitely worth a stop and will be doing so again.
First off I want to say a great atmosphere, bathrooms are super nice. Lots of space for seating everywhere inside and out. They did a great job. We ordered the Brewers bread it had really good flavors, I would of liked a side of marinara or some sort of dipping sauce with it. I ordered half chicken with pit beans and whipped sweet potatos. Chicken was good wasn't dry came out warm not hot, could have been because of the time of day. The sweet potatos were good, I think adding a little brown sugar would of made it perfect but it was still good. The pit beans were an interesting take. My wife loved them, I was expecting a little sweetness. My wife's pulled pork again came out warm not hot, chalk that up to time of day again. She also had mac and cheese that had some smokiness - that was pretty good - and the pit beans that she loved. The sauces were good. The mustard sauce is probably the best I have had in Michigan. I would definitely recommend trying it. Overall good experience, I'll be back for sure but not necessarily my go-to place.
This was my first time and I went for a birthday party. The service and atmosphere were great! Lively music playing and the smell of BBQ filled the air. That was all great but the food....not so much. The party I was there for was super late so I ended up sitting at the bar to order to go. I ordered the hot honey chicken, brisket, half rack, greens, mac and cheese and fries. spent about $45 + $6 tip.
The fries were upcharged which is fine BUT they were not cooked all the way and were LIMP! The hot honey chicken was a great concept but it was over seasoned (it blew my pallet) and overcooked. So much so, that the chicken was chewy. The brisket had great flavor, smoke ring and bark but was dry as the Sahara Desert as well. I love brisket so this made me sad. The greens were sweet (which is weird to me so someone else might like them lol) and the mac and cheese did not have that much flavor.
Unfortunately, I don't think I will be back. My husband was not happy with his food. He said the ribs were way to salty and couldn't finish them. He literally only ate one bone. I am extremely disappointed.
