Just ordered a lot of sandwiches the other day around 9 pm on the mobile app. After looking better they had my pick up time the next morning. I would not even be in town any more. I went to the window an explained it to them an I said it needed canceled they said they have nothing to do with the online. Checked on it two days latter an the app said it was picked up. SO I payed for something I didn't even receive.
Arby's in Richmond, Indiana. Enjoyed a good 2 for $6.00 deal. Brandy, the woman who took my order, even gave me a cup and reminded me that I get a free senior drink. Fast service, cheerful folks. Sandwiches (classic roast beef and fish & cheddar) were tasty.
My wife and I stopped in on our way to the grocery store for a quick bite. I had two roast beef sandwiches for three dollars each. I also shared a large order of curly fries with her. We had the entire dining room to ourselves; and I wasn't hungry later it the store or for the remainder of the evening. Why would I spend the same amount at a convenient store when Arby's has great deals like this one during Lent season. Speaking of which, I had their fish earlier this week. It makes me disappointed that my doctor says that I should limit fish to two servings per week ☺️
Ordered 2 fish sandwiches (2 for deal) and 2 sodas... Was not given 2 fish sandwiches, one of the sodas did not have syrup. Asked for replacements, did not get the sandwiches ordered - did get extreme rudeness. Will not attempt to eat as this location again.
I used a coupon for 2 can dine for 9.99, and they ended up charging me over $11.00 after tax, which our tax is only 7%.
So that would make it 10.69 and this wasn't the first time they have tried this. They get embarrassed everything and fix it.
Food is always good, but to charge the price of a whole tomato when you only get a slice is slightly overboard.
I ordered the Roasted Turkey Ranch and Bacon Market Fresh Sandwich and a Coke Zero. It always tastes good. I just wish the Richmond Arby's restaurants would allow mobile ordering on the app. Every time I try to put the app on my phone, it says they can't do mobile ordering at these locations.
UPDATE: May 1, 2022-I was told in early April that one could start using the Arby's app to order from the Richmond restaurants sometime in April. Last week, I found in the Play Store that the app had been updated. I loaded it on again, and you still can't order from the Richmond restaurants on the Arby's app. When can one be able to use the app to order from the Richmond restaurants?
UPDATE:. July 12 ,2022- Last night, I came to this location after going to a friend's house. I normally go to the Eastside location, but this one was closer to my friend's house. I did a mobile order with a Chicken Bacon Swiss Sandwich, Medium Crinkle Fries, and a Coke Zero. I picked up my order, and when I got home, I discovered I got my drink, but instead I got a Buffalo Chicken Slider and a Large Curly Fries. I didn't have time to go back and get it done right, so I ate it. I emailed them, but no response and had no time to call them. I am letting them know here, because I know managers read Google Maps. I don't know what was wrong with the people at the west side last night, but the manager should reach out to me. Next time, I am going to the east side.
UPDATE:. April 6, 2023-The last time I was here, I was not happy. I had to stop at the west side location on my way to a service on the west side. I ordered a Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich, Crinkle Cut French Fries, and a Coke Zero. I was delicious! My order was perfect! I have always liked the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich with the brisket and the sauce. They made some improvements since the last time I was here. They do need to clean the tables, because there was trash on some of them. I was the only customer in there dining. Most people were coming inside to pick up food, or going through the drive thru. If they didn't have dirty tables, more people would eat there.
Great food but would like more meat on beef and ham and cheddar. Love gyros and jalapeño poppers.
