Pretty good place to eat. We love their big game burger when it's available, it's pretty amazing. Mouthwatering and full of flavor. Their roast beef sandwiches are really good as well. The service is okay. Sometimes we've been in there and the staff were arguing with each other. Wasn't quite sure how to take it. Otherwise, they were nice enough to us.
Drive thru, had to pull around for fries, which would have been okay IF the fries were even of "curly fry" quality. It was like we got the bottom of the bag fries, and only 3 were ACTUALLY curly. The container to both were also hardly filled. If I made someone wait, I would have definitely given a SOLID full fry, along with some real CURLY fries.!
Stopped in for lunch. I got the brisket roast beef sandwich. It was very good. The reason I gave the service a 3 star was due to when I ordered the food I waited roughly 15 minutes to receive my food. From what I could hear the cook had made my sandwich but placed it in the wrong wrapper so the server had placed that in a to go order for drive through. The server had asked the cook where my sandwich was and they started arguing back and forth about where the sandwich was and that it was in the wrong wrapper. In the mean time my curly fries had been done and waiting to be served with the sandwich but it had been too long and the server threw those away and gave me a new batch which was appreciated. The two stars for atmosphere was due to the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors were so sticky my shoes stuck to the floor as I walked, the floors were very dirty and the bathroom was awful, piled high with garbage and very dirty. I will go back but hope these issues will be resolved.
We ordered 2 meals and they made us pull around to the front door with no one behind us. Made the cook bring out our food. We didn't get our drinks so he had to go back in and get them. Didn't get the sauces we ordered so had to go back to the window
We hadn’t eaten at Arby’s in forever and it’ll be forever before we probably eat there again. Arby’s claims, “We Have the Meats“ but I went to order a ham n Swiss, and was told they don’t have ham anymore,☹️. Maybe it was just that particular restaurant, but the food was not very enjoyable and the restaurant was not the cleanest.
The service was bad. The workers were swearing and they couldn't even get my order right. The worker was talking on his phone while taking my order. Very unprofessional. This place has gone downhill.
I usually really enjoy Arby's. I was a bit disappointed in the food, it was adequate. The atmosphere was barely ok. The staff really didn't care about keeping the place clean. The worst was the guy that took our order. No hello at all, he just stood there at the register and gazed around the room. He took the order when I told him what I wanted, but I could hardly understand him. Absolutely zero PR. If he has to work there, put him in the back, not with the customers. All in all, the chances of me going back are slim to none, and slim just walked out the door.
Not very friendly. Fries were cold. Mint chocolate shake didn't have any chocolate or mints on top.
