Arrived here around 7:30PM. We were the only car in the entire lot, upon ordering there was loud music coming from inside so I could barely here the woman who was taking the order, she had to ask me numerous times to repeat myself. What I couldn't understand was why I was asked to park my vehicle after only receiving my drinks. This is suppose to be FAST FOOD, but there was nothing fast about waiting another 15 minutes in a parking spot. We heard there was new management at this location and figured we would give it another chance however this reminded us, why we stopped coming to this location. How did the person who came 5 minutes after us, receive their food first? This store needs reevaluated!
I always like their roast beef ..tasted good but the sandwich had no condiments no lettuce or tomato ? That was a disappointment.. it was simply roast beef slices / shaved on a bun . I know of no other fast food places that don't put something on even their simplest of Sandwich offerings
The manager or lady tonight and sited a good 5 minutes for answering the drive thru and huffed and puffed doing so. We got told no roast beef.... Okay then immediately told fried food only at 10:30. Last time sounded like the same lady who closed basically 2hours early. This Arby's is ridiculous and honestly need to reevaluate staff. The lady is ignorant and seems miserable.
I love Arby's but I can understand why their aren't many around anymore.
Just got a chicken bacon swiss sandwich and the chicken is RAW!! I just threw up!! How in the world can you serve RAW chicken? Absolutely disgusting! You better hope I don't get some kind of sickness!
Visited 3/3/24. Service was slow, and the girl at the window explained that they just did shift change. Who does that in the middle of a dinner rush? Don't order the brown sugar bacon BLT. You'll only get 4 strips of bacon. I asked for no tomato on it, and there was enough of that, plus plenty of lettuce to make a side salad. They're lucky I'm not allergic. Then they had to put fries down, so add another 5 minutes waiting in a parking space for them to bring my order out when the fries were done. I'll never come back to this location ever.
Got a to go order. Most of the food was fine. However it makes no difference, because the Rib sandwich that came with my order was made with bad meat! The white parts seen in the attached photo are fuzzy mold! Stay way far away from this location!
Received chicken wrap- not wrapped, disgusting presentation, and zero flavor. Most of the wrap was just the tortilla dough which I had to cut out and throw away.
Terrible every food item I ordered was dry and old looking . 0 stars
