This has to be the friendliest Arby's on the planet! The guy at the front counter was welcoming and engaging to everyone who came up to the counter. We ate in the dining area, and I noticed that as customers were leaving the restaurant, he used their names to say goodbye. I thought they must be regulars. As we were leaving, he called out using my husband's name as he thanked us for our business and wished us a nice day! Now, that was truly a wow moment! I mean, when have you experienced something like that at a fast food place? Now, all of this name remembering and excellent front-end customer service was happening while the place was swamped with customers. He had all the orders in quick, and the rest of the staff had the meals out pronto. Our fish sandwiches were great. We were just passing through that day, so I doubt we'll be back, but I wish I would have been a better person and got his name because he made our day.
Every time I come here, they have the slicer set to the “chunk” setting and it looks like it was cut by hand rather than thinly shredded as it should be. The point of coming to Arby’s is to get roast beef and if they can’t get that right it’s pretty pointless. Slice the meat next time, I beg of you.
Some of the best Arby's sandwiches I've ever had! The nearest locations to me are unfortunately often very disappointing so I was extra excited about how delicious the food was from this trip. We only even tried it because we were far from home and I'm so glad we did. Thank you!
About standard but the lady taking orders for in house dining was coughing up a storm all over the food prep and staging area and wasn't covering her mouth or wearing a mask. Pretty sketchy and would recommend an alternative if you're in 75 N/S
Your experience when going to dine-in at a fast food restaurant is always dependent on the time of day. I went at 12:51 PM EST and everything was delicious. The service was straight forward, kind and all around pleasant to be around. I recommend this Arby's ????
Too awhile for my order. But it was very delicious. I ordered the chicken tenders and crinkle fries. Along with a strawberry lemonade. Very refreshing.
During lunch rush hour it's a cluster. ... The employees are all running around going crazy, so slow service. The employees are friendly though.

The girl ( young lady )at the drive up window has a genuine, contagious, beautiful smile... She always gives my dog, a dog biscuit.... And is very kind and professional.... Just Because of her kindness and attitude makes me want to return to Tipp City Arby's... I'm sorry I do not remember her name.... I will make a point to find out her name & give another review... So this young lady can get the recognition she deserves....
Regarding the food..... I've had the following: 2 for $6 fish sandwiches, 2 for $6 regular Arby's roast beef, 2 for $7 regular Arby's beef & cheddar..... Jamocha shake, krinkle cut French fries, their 8 ounce Roast Beef, and 8 ounce Beef & cheddar .... everything we have ordered has met & exceeded my expectations..... also the order's were always correct
My family & I recommend the 8 ounce aka 1/2 pound Roast Beef , 8 ounce Beef & Cheddar, Krinkle cut French fries, & Jamocha shakes..... unless you are using a coupon the 8 ounce ( 1/2 pounder ) versions of roast beef are better $ deal.... the krinkle cut French fries stay hot longer , crispy on the outside and soft In the middle....
Please keep up the good work please... it's rare nowadays....
Side note: I wish the Tipp City McDonald's had the same smiles, happy faces, & service....
