This is the Worst chicken wrap I have ever purchased at Arby's! The wrap is chewey and tough, theres No dressing, made with chicken popper pieces, barely any lettuce, and it wasn't even wrapped, it was rolled into a ball! Very dry, bland, hard to chew wrap! Atleast, my chocolate shake was amazing!!! But, of course, that was a simple job to do, in order to make it... It's no wonder why these businesses are closing their doors, nothing but, lazy stoned employees which equals, terrible service, terrible food, and then bankruptcy!!
Online ordering experience was awful!!! Buns were hard! Employee asked if I was sure I placed my order at that store and upon showing him on the app, he asked what road they were on.....you don't know where you work?!?! No apple turnovers and when I declined cherry, the manager told me they couldn't refund on the app, but offered no other suggestion until I said.....um, write my name down so I can pick it up next time I'm in? Terrible Terrible Terrible experience all around!
Typical Arby’s. Staff actually puts the food together with care at this location, which is appreciated!
I went through the drive through. I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked. Got home and realized they did not give me one of my sandwiches. I called, the girl was nice and said if I came back she would have it ready. I went back up there, the girl said "you're here for the roast beef?" She said "I'll have that right up for you" she went to the back, started talking to the other lady back there, started making another sandwich for someone else. After a few minutes she made my sandwich, pushed it through the window to another girl, who had no idea what to do with it. Finally she turned around to give it to me. So much for having it ready when you told me it would be.
Terrible customer service!
I'm sure they could have been more rude, but that was pretty awful.
Make sure you have all your food before leaving, or just don't go there because they are always slow or forget something.
Whoever took my order refused to listen to me and just decided to fool around. Argued about what I ordered which I know can be done since I worked at this one forever ago. Rushed me through and threw me my bag with the food just obliterated inside. Old bread. Overly greasy packaging. Only good workers here are the ogs that stuck around. I get it. It’s fast food and it sucks to work. Ain’t mean ya gotta act like a child and do your job like a child
Man Arby’s is the best I slide up in there get me a chicken Cordon Bleu medium order of curly fries lots and lots of Arby’s sauce lots and lots of cheddar cheese to dip into my curly fries always like to get a nice side order of cheddar cheese dip dip those curly fries into it so good I love it and I love Arby’s
Can't go wrong with a Beef and Cheddar...no matter what size I get it always comes out with the perfect mix of sauce and cheese...messy enough to be yummy, but not too messy. Hits the spot everytime I get the craving ????????
