If I could leave a negative star rating, I would. We went through the drive thru, on Saturday night the night before St. Patrick day. It took 10 min for a person to decide to take our order. And they were out of roast beef. Mind you, Arby's commercials say, "we got the meats." BUT NOT TONIGHT. So we ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap meal with crinkle fries and a Turkey Gyro meal with crinkle fries. We were told to pull forward, and they would bring the food out. There was only one car behind us, and there was no one inside for them to wait on. It took another 15 minutes before they brought us the food. The fries were cold! And the Buffalo chicken wrap was not cut all the way through, and even though they put 2 paper wrappers on it, the wrap was oozing from the sauce making it impossible to eat in the car and having to wait till I got home to eat. Meaning that I had to reheat the wrap.
The store at 3815 south high wasted all that money on a remodel just to keep trashy. Customer service. Disregard and disrespect was my experience. Standing waiting for 15 minutes for an order only to hear the manager tell the other worker “don’t worry about that now”. She did that right in front of me as if I didn’t matter , nor did my customer matter. If this establishment can’t handle doordash orders then don’t take them. I will never come back here as a door dasher and I will never come back here as a customer.
Nice service and cashier was especially nice ????????, really didn't notice a manager in there, because a drive- Thru customer had to come inside because the order taker @ the drive-thru messed up her order ????????
20 min wait for food after ordering. Cheese sticks were cold. They need more help. The staff looked to be working hard... just not enough of them. And everyone was waiting making things tense at times.
Au jus for the French dip was near nothing in container (less than 25% full) and what was there was very watered down compared to other visits.
They need more employees that actually feel like doing their job. Pulled up to just try to get it quick bite and they would not even come to the headset after I said hello in the speaker a few times. Wasn't even being rude I was just curious if someone was there. Their service is terrible
I went through the drive thru and got a half full curly fries. Drove back asked for a full one and received a 2/3 full one.
Unhappy. After having to drive back, I would have thought they would have just given a super full one to make up for it.
The food was tasty, but customer service and proper portions go a long way.
Roast Beef sandwich wasn't even warm, and the fries were Stone cold and hard...They obviously been sitting for some time.....why has customer service and quality hit rock bottom....a waste of money!
I love the food here but the service sucks only because the people are very slow!!
