Staff are kind but food was cold and prepared so poorly that we didn't even eat all of it. Needs some pride and heat added to the sandwich.
Tonight’s staff was on par, the manger tonight was VERY helpful and friendly. His full time store is over in the Murray area, he fills in once a week here I found out. Food was good and accurate! Thank you for your great customer service and care.
Fast friendly service. I've been to this location several times and it's always the same. Great location to sit and eat or get take out.
Waited 7 minutes at the counter with no one in front of me. Not busy in drive up only 3 other customers in the building. Made eye contact with a few staff members but not a single greeting or ask what I’d like. Finally the shift lead came out from behind the drive up and asked what can I get for you? Need to up your greeting and communication game at this location.
I'm kinda pissed. I have 30 minutes for lunch and drove 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back so I can't do anything about it now. I ordered a half lb French dip and a small curly fry. Pretty simple and straight forward. I get back to work and what do I have? A regular French dip with cold au jus and no fries. So I just paid $12 for $6 worth of food and now I get to work the rest of the day hangry. You guys suck!
I used to go to Arby’s a couple of times a week, But no more. I went to Arby’s last night and got a double roast beef sandwich, the sandwich was just okay. I got a large Curly frie and a medium curly frie.. For the amount you pay for fries to have them taste old and cold is highly disappointing. Back in the day you could always count on their food being hot and fresh. This wasn’t the first time this has happened that’s why I’m writing this review. I will say this is the last time I will go there. Arby’s you need to get back to the basics and care about your customers and make fresh hot food, you can do better.

I only had enough money to pay for fries and a beef n cheddar sandwich and the manager was awesome enough to give me a free small soda with my order!! They are Fast, Friendly, And the environment is clean. Will definitely be back.
