We got the meats! This Arby’s is better than some other local ones, it’s usually clean and the food is good for Arby’s as they had the meats.
Every single time we come here, it takes SO LONG to get our food. There is never anyone in line and they still have us pull over to the front to receive our food. It regularly takes 20+ minutes to receive our food even when there are zero other customers.
They also regularly forget to bring drinks, entire food items, and sauces.
I want to like it because I generally enjoy Arby's. This particular restaurant, though, is just disappointing. I want to like it because it's closer and more convenient than other stores, but it's just stupid to deal with.
Went through the drive through about 20 minutes ago. There was me and one other car. Both made small orders. I wanted a beef and cheddar, mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. After a bit of a wait, they brought the food out to me. I had to go back in because they forgot the cheese sticks. I then drove home for 20 minutes only to find out they forgot the CHEDDAR on a beef and cheddar? Seriously there was TWO (2) orders on your screen. How did you mess this up?
Worst service I ever had. Got my order wrong, did not give me any condiments after I asked them 3 times if I got them. Would not reimburse me any money back had me get a drink and fries instead. I asked for a Dr Pepper they gave me a diet drink. Got home and there was no meat on one sandwich! The management was horrible. I won’t go back there. I have heard it was getting bad!
Understaffed. I’m sure they’re trying… but 15 minutes in line and then..
“Park in the lot and we’ll bring your food to you”
No food yet and employees came outside to vape.
Seriously…
Another 12 minutes in the lot!
I thought Arbys was fast food!
Update:
Ordered 3 sliders… got one (wrong) a beef n’ cheddar, and curly fries… see the picture with the receipt.
It’s 2:30 in the afternoon… lunch rush is over.
I haven’t had Arby’s since is was a kid and they had a 5 classics deal where I don’t know how they make any money. Anyway, the food was way better than I remember. I’m really writing this review to note how wonderful the staff is at this location. They were so busy but maintained composure and customer service despite this. The manager at this location really did a good job at delegating tasks and keeping track of all the customer orders.
The food was good. They got my order wrong, but they were friendly
2 bathrooms that hold one person each. Changing table, automatic hand towels. No toilet seat covers or music from the restaurant.
