Yippee! A new Arby's near downtown. They did a great job with the food and the service. Keep it up guys. 6-1-22 Stopped by to get their new burger and WOW! It was good. The manager and crew there do a very good job. The wait was long, due to high demand, but they handled it well. ????
I tried to do the survey at the bottom of the receipt but it wouldn’t let me. I just wanted to say Kat in the drive-thru in the morning is soooo nice! She was very patient with me and took the time to read back my order to make sure it was right! There was another employee that brought out my food, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was very nice too and warned me about the hot and fresh food, haha! Definitely coming back whenever I’m having an early lunch!
Drove into the empty parking lot on a Sunday afternoon, and was told that it would just be a minute, ten minutes later nothing more had been said, so I said hello, and the lady said they only had two people working at that time and it would be a few minutes longer. I waited another ten minutes, prompted again, and finally got my order taken. I pulled up to the window and paid, then had to wait another ten minutes for the food. Not sure where these problems are rooted, if it’s short staffing or employees, but it made 3 or 4 cars behinds me get out of line and leave.
Who effing doesn't love Arby's!!?? They get a bad rap because no the butt end of jokes but ignore those jokes and keep eating Arby's everybody loves roast beef well maybe not but I love Rosie and I get the big one pounder Man that's so good Arby's sauce on top of that yum yum yum yum I want some now!!
Poor in every way. If I come and order ONLY a large fry I expect a LARGE FRY. How hard is it to fill a box? Missing about a whole kids fry and basically the all the fries I got were just the little burnt leftover fries a half in long like literally just the crumbs left over. Only got 8 total full fries more like half fries from mcdonalds.. Can only give 3 packs of ketchup and hit with attitude when you ask for some more ketchup. Absolutely awful treatment and service here. Will definitely not come back.
Waited 5 mins in drive through no response ! No one rise even in line!

Holy Moly! This sandwich was SO delicious!! Added horsey sauce, out of this world!!
The food was slightly not good for lack of better words but all else was good. I love Arby's.
