Had a small misunderstanding during our visit to Arby's.Although the manager Melissa took care of us. She had exceptional customer service and kindness. Will definitely be back.
Tell me why you close at 11 if when someone goes to open the door at 10:30 for a quick bite to eat you have someone rip the door out of their hand just to close it and lock it right in their face. Extremely unprofessional! The night crew has some serious training to be had on how to be decent employees.
Food and service were great! It was in a gas station so that kinda set the stage for ambiance. I would eat there again.
I mean it was what I expected at Arby's. The server was nice and well put together. So a plus for that.
My ranking is based on experience from other Arby's and this one seems better than average.
I went through the drive thru.
Employees bitching and complaining in front of customers. Unprofessional. If I was in charge, I'd fire them all and start over. I ordered a chicken wrap for takeout. The chicken was awful. Dry. Tasted like it was fried twice. It really sucked! I paid way too much for sucky food. Will never go to another Arby's again.
The atmosphere was the problem. The staff forgot our order while they were problem solving the shake machine. Then they used poor language choices in loud voices. Eventually the manager and someone else moved out to the lobby to continue loudly discussing the shake machine with more annoying bad words. They didn’t care that they forgot about us or that they were being noisy and disrespectful of their customers.
Fast service in the drive thru. I was surprised by the small size of a medium drink. I pointed out what I thought was a mistake, and I assumed the guy working at the drive-thru apparently agreed and quickly replaced them with larger drinks.
Kudos to you!
The roast beef sandwich was great. The beef tasted really good here. Will come back when I come through again.
