Fries have been dropped back in oil to heat them rather than throwing them out when they're old and making new. See picture. Chicken bacon Swiss sandwich sloppy and buns smashed together. Mac n cheese thrown on its side into bag. This is the second time I've been to this location and the fries were re-dropped. Now just have a burnt taste. Pay good money for food and get screwed over by lazy workers who make too much for their station. 3 weeks later the 4th photo. Don't look like anything is getting addressed still redroppex old fries, still a mess of a crushed sandwich with sauce everywhere and even the fountain drink tasted like pure syrup.
I ordered the 2 fish sandwiches for $6. They were fresh, the customer service was great. I used to work at Arby's years ago out in Austin Town. I used to work front counter and drive thru. So I know what customer service is supposed to be. I'll definitely keep going back.
Visited on Sunday 5/12/24 at 12:30pm. We walked in and stood at the counter for 7 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged while they walked around working on a door dash order. The person working up front kept her back to us and did not look at us 1 time. The person in the back was scrolling on his dirty phone with his gloves on that he will prepare food with. We walked out and went someplace else.
This one gave me cold fries.is there an additional charge for hot fries? This makes people not to want to go there. I ll make sure that I spread the Good word all around. Thanks for giving me the best!!
Stopped in for the new Arby's Diablo Dare.. over all its a good sandwich, I got the brisket. Good taste, not much heat for myself, but I do eat alot of hot foods. Definitely a good sandwich and you get a nice little vanilla shake as well if you need to cool down your taste buds. Well done Arby's on a new sandwich!!!
Service was good disappointed in the new fish meal. No coleslaw no hush puppies I don’t feel this was worth the 8 something I paid for the meal. It taste good and I’m full so lol it was okay.
2 for $6 large sandwiches makes 2 meals with salad at our house. Also their fish pieces were fish not schmoozed patties.
Went to arbys today, after forgetting our fries, my wife went in to let them know, they gave us our fries and went home. Halfway through our overcooked fries, I see something that's bright blue. It was a skittle. Like how TF do you not see a bright blue skittle! I called the store to tell the manager, was then hung up on, then called corporate and was then apologized to and offered a gift card, as if I would ever eat at another arbys ever again. Would rate 0 stars if I could
