The manager is name Lorri. She is amazing to interact with customer and make us laugh too. I really enjoyed to chat with her. We already did ring bell for her! WAY TO GO LORRI!
Pretty good food and okay service. One thing I don't understand is why is there a tree in the restaurant?
The store manager Lorri is the most polite person I've ever met. She is friendly with all the customers she listens to them and if something isn't right with a person's order she's quick to fix the problem. She's awesome and just wanted to let you all know everytime I go there I get nothing but the best when she's there also a kid named Nick is a great hardworking kid very enthusiastic and energetic fellow also polite and respectful to customer's.
My husband and I stopped by on our way home from running errands in Woodburn today 01/06/24. The store employee's are friendly, efficient, and attentive. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken tenders with a small curly fries to share and my husband ordered a reuben with a total cost of $18.17. Total wait time from placing our order and receiving the food less than 15 minutes which is not bad for a Saturday afternoon. Kudos to Heather the employee that took our food order accurately and the employees that prepared our food fresh(cooked instead of letting it sit on the warmer). Keep up the awesome customer service!
Service was fast, good quality and well served food plus frindly staff. Nice and clean lobby with lots of tables to seat. Washrooms for customers and free parking. Drive thru is available too.
The restaurant is just few min drive from Woodburn Outlet. It's a good choice for dining after shopping.
Went there last week, and regret it. The soda fountain had water mold floates. They changed out my drink luckily and not rudly. The food didn't taste bad but I got food poisoning from it. I had the French dip, girly fries and the Mac and cheese bits. After 4 days I'm finally better. I should've left after the floaties in my drink. Eat here with caution.
They got the meats. the double meat roast beef for spot-on. The service was great and the restaurant itself was awesome with the living tree inside. Clean as well. They would have got five stars if the curly fries were hot.
Stopped here many times due to I5 travel. Always prompt, good service, and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. I love the tree growing in the middle of the dining room. Only real critique is the last few times I've ordered the double Beef and Cheddar I've gotten super stringy roast beef slices that I don't get at other Arby's. Great location otherwise.
