Fries were hard and cold. Cheese sticks were alright. They were out of marinara sauce but told me at ordering. Roast beef was ok. Forgot to give me a straw and walked away from window so left and waited until I got home to have a drink. But it's fast food so I guess what do you expect.
Friendly service and the food was good. The Corned Beef Rueben could have been made better. There was enough sauerkraut but the meat was skimpy and only on a part of the large piece of bread.
Don't come here. Fully staffed. We waited 14 minutes on front of the line at the counter and no one acknowledged us or took our order. They stared at the screens and piddled. They get one star for atmosphere because the restrooms and lobby were clean.
Vintage outdoor sign with a new restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful with questions about the area. Also had some nice historical photos of trains from the area.
Horrible service always wrong or old..
We waited on fresh fish and fries for 10 minutes but when we got it the fries was cold and the fish was definitely not fresh. I went back to exchange the sandwiches and told them it looked to be microwaved with the texture of the fish and bread and the way the tomatoes were soggy and deep red. The manager Brandy Spaulding was rude and even made a smart comment on how tomatoes were red. While chewing and actively eating food overtop other food orders.
We understand that mistakes happen in food service, but based solely the attitude and manner of Brandy Spaulding, we will no longer be eating at this location. She needs retrained on customer service. She is a pathetic example of a store manager. Save your money and frustration and eat elsewhere if she is working.
We ordered 2 for $6 and we get the Fish.
Ask to have it made fresh,it was so good.

Clean, hot food, nice staff. Easy place to visit. We had a late lunch, no wait in line, short wait for food.
This was a real nice Arby's. They were decorated for Halloween. I ordered Smokehouse Brisket with extra sauce on the side because i never have enough at my local Arby's. Buy this one was slathered in bbq sauce. It was sloppy and soooooo good. We spoke with the manager who was so nice. Great place to eat.
