Good wasn’t bad but last Friday Alejandro has a super bad attitude taking our order through the drive through window. Honestly you can tell he was so cranky and upset, the lady at the window didn’t really help either I asked for BBQ sauce she gave me 1 sauce.
Food came out fast, hot and delicious. The place was very clean and the employees were very nice too. I will definitely go back again
Went there last night ordered take out. Ordered 2 beef and cheddar combo meals. Got home and the buns were sesame buns. Not Arby’s buns. Next no cheddar on either sandwich. NONE at all. Too far to drive back. Super disappointed. I mean if you are out of buns tell the customer and give them the option to get it or not. Ordered with Ann Marie at 5:54 pm. Paid $23.74 for a disappointment. Oh and had to wait 10 minutes for fries.
My second trip in a month to Arby's. The first trip they knowingly served me fish when they were out of tarter sauce!
Second trip ordered two for 7 beef and cheddars without cheddar sauce with lettuce $.29, with tomatoes $.29 and red onion. The $1.20 extra I spent to add lettuce and tomatoes must have caused the cook to do exactly what he was taught to do.....give next to nothing despite my extra charge. Be careful!! Adding extra anything is a rip-off. See my pics.
The buns can't support a half pound of meat and the roast beef was a bit dry. The curly fries were mostly pieces. Not my best first impression of a chain that "has the meats". Doesn't compare to Rollin Roaster in Brooklyn.
They didn't give us my granddaughter*a chicken tenders. We had to order from McDonald's when we got home. Food is good, service.....
Ordered from Uber for a classic crispy chicken sandwich and asked them to remove everything but for some reason, mayo is not part of the removal section. Now my sandwich is ruined because I will have to bath it in ketchup to get rid of the taste. God forbid someone out there is allergic to it and thay ordered it.
Great experience.. super friendly staff, fast service, food was served hot and fresh.. I highly recommend this location
