Very good food, wish there was a no drink option for meals and sauce on side option

Where do I begin? I will start by saying the friendliness of the employees was good. However, that's just about it for the positives.
I ordered a double beef & cheddar, large combo, with crinkle fries, a Dr. Pepper, and a large Jamocha milkshake. The male voice behind the loudspeaker immediately said, "We are all out of every flavor milkshake. We had some issues with our delivery truck." This was the ONLY REASON why I decided to visit this Arby's - was a milkshake! I say, "no problem," and drive around to pick up the rest of my order.
Upon receipt of the food, the fries were lukewarm (not hot or fresh at all), at best. The double beef & cheddar was literally COLD. The meat was cool / chilled to the touch (it's supposed to be HOT).
I was incredibly disappointed and WILL NOT be visiting this Arby's location again. I will spread the word around the community and I STRONGLY ADVISE anyone considering a fresh, hot meal - to AVOID this Arby's location at all costs.
Waited for my order for over 20 minutes after ordering.
Quite ridiculous in the world of fast food.
People come here for a quick bite. Cracker barrel is next door if I wanted to spend 40+ minutes on a meal.
First visit I told them I was allergic to onions and they still put onions on my burger. They did give me a free meal but we ordered poppers and cheese sticks and they didn't give us sauces for them. May be new employees. They were very nice though.
This comment isn’t about the dining experience or service. It’s about how the recruiter communicated with my daughter for a couple of days to set up an interview for her at the restaurant in Pickerington Ohio. She got there perfectly on time and was left sitting in the dining room waiting for 20 minutes just for the assistant manager to come out and ask her 3 questions about her identity, then told her that they weren’t looking for team members currently. Why couldn’t this have been communicated before we wasted our time and got my daughters hopes up?? All this information was available before the interview and was reiterated to the recruiter. Completely unprofessional with no regard for the value of our time. Get it together Arby’s.
Always good food. Decent selection of sandwiches and sides. Love the jalapeno poppers and french dip.
Food was Good,Place was Clean, Staff is Great, Easy in and Out, Do Try the Salted Carmel Chocolate Chip Cookie it is the Best.
We went through the drive thru. It was very slow. I think it would have been faster to park and go inside. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what, but it seemed to take much more time than it should have. On the plus side, the food was hot, and hit the spot!
