THE BEST ROAST BEEF SANDWICH ANYWHERE! Beth and I both love Arby's roast beef sandwiches! The staff that works here were very polite and courteous as well!
Always slow but usually accurate - except today when they served a sandwich of mayo, lettuce, tomato, cheese and bacon - no chicken to be seen. This is NOT worth $9+ and is NOT acceptable.
ETA, drove back and it was remade, without much in the way of apology.
I don't get the chance to enjoy Arby's often but it's great when I do. I love curly fries.
Just went through the drive through late at night but the food was good, it was hot and the young man serving us was so courteous and pleasant. All in all a great experience here at Arby's!
Horribly slow drive-thru, employees who didn't seem to care about anything, and who didn't include any condiments or accessories – forgot straws, napkins, and Horsey sauce. Fast food that is this pricey deserves a better experience.
Add another, "Store closed early" to the list. I left work at 10pm and saw Arby's listed open until 11pm. Got there... Closed. Checked the Arby's website for the location's into which also says open from 10am - 11pm. I should have read the other reviews... How is this still happening? Who determines store hours and who is managing the website?
Great location with awesome people and food. The only issue is they always seem understaffed as the drive thru takes a long time. I hope management hires more people to speed things along, otherwise this location is awesome!
I've never been to Arby's before and wanted to try it. The app was deceiving because items were not available at this location. Okay the young man at the window was pleasant but very unorganized. Or was it his crew. He kept having to call to a "Kevin" to get the order right. Food was not worth the hype. Probably never going to any Arby's again.
