I stopped going to here two years ago decided to go today the speaker was broken no bigger ordered my food, paid then asked to park waited for over 15 min for fast food. ended up going inside after seeing three cars in the drive through being served. There where no customers inside. very understaffed no one was working the front. My food was sitting on the counter getting cold with only my sandwich in the bag. 15 minutes and didn't even have the fries in the bag. Got my food and left. The poor people next to me had kids and had been waiting longer than me. Got their food as I was pulling out. Not going back to this location again.
I went there for lunch today for the first time in about 2 years. Had to wait at the counter for about 7 minutes because there was no one working it. Then my roast beef and cheddar sandwich and curly fries were cold. My shake was good, but I was very disappointed in Arby's today.
Will never answer their phone .Went through drive thru ordered 6 roast beef and cheese which I thought has gotten way to expensive. Drove all the way home only to see we had 4 instead of 6 and they were cold like they had sit out all day and when we called to complain about it we could never get anyone to answer the phone we called repeatedly. It looks like you're store in Ada is not being operated by a good management or y'all got a Manger that's hired that just doesn't give a damn how they treat your customers.
Arby's is the upscale fast food. Every time I have dined with Ada Arby's, I've always left feeling satisfied. Upon my many trips to this restaurant, I have only had my order wrong once.
Honestly, I was not the best customer to deal with. Once I explained my problem, it was solved immediately! I value customer service more than anything.
I am a tough customer to deal with and may or may not have yelled at the staff.
Judge me if you will.
They not only calmed me, but delivered the BEST complex sandwich I have ever had!
Another thing to add.
Since I had to come back to the restaurant, they threw in the dessert for free as well! (The cherry turnovers and Reese's cookies are the best!)
It takes a lot for me to admit I was wrong.
Arby's, you deserve the highest honor.
If the same scenario happened at a different restaurant, I'd be leaving in cuffs.
That just goes to show that Ada Arby's understands customer service and compassion!!!!
I ordered a $30 door dash meal earlier this evening, because I can’t leave work at the hospital. It arrived, soggy sandwich and no fries, neither of my shakes were included (order for Nathan)… I will literally never dine with this Arby’s again, especially when I’m only getting a fraction of my refund back, in 7-10 business days. Bad service standards here.

Both wife and I got sick eating here. We were in for a HS football game. Both had roast beef and curly fries.
Manager was very loud. Lots of yelling. Lots of people goofing around too. Not very professional.
Do not recommend at all. Photo proof that we were there.
The food was absolutely horrendous. The meat was nothing but fat, undercooked, and the bread even had mold on it. Before I realized this I ate some, and this led to me having stomach pains. I got offered a replacement but there is no way I'm eating there again. Not only is this ridiculous because of the money I spent but also because of the health problem it imposes. Mold specifically its extremely bad for a person and even worse when ingested.
