Use to go here a lot, but I've noticed since the General manager changed everything has been different. The people here don't care.
For instance tonight I had 4 Buffalo sliders. 2 I requested to be in a bowl. They weren't. The two roast beef sliders were flat. Ok that's fine. The curly fries were cold. And my mother ordered a Greek gyro with extra onion. She got the gyro but it was missing tomato and onion. This place has really gone down hill. I won't be back to this location. They play with your food, and didn't even give me a recite. The manager on shift though was very nice when giving us our food.
My son and I were ignored while two employees tried to fill an order. The place was empty. We waited with no acknowledgement, no one said hello etc. We witnessed an employee wearing sunglasses and a headset handling food with out gloves. The all Afro-American staff maybe don't serve while people.
We were ignored for 5 minutes with no one else there! Like we were invisible.
Because of D.I.E. DIVERSE EQUITITY INCLUSION, we, white folks were ignored and unable to buy food for a solid 8 minutes. This used to be my favorite Arby's for over 20 years.

Waited a long time at drive thru - with others. Empty inside the restaurant. Sandwich was pretty good - curly fries kind of nasty - and I sent the first ones back that he tried to give me! They were right out of the deep fryer the next time, but still not good.
I will never patronize this Arby's location again. I had dinner here in November 2023 and paid with my debit card however the charge did not show up on my checking account as it normally would. I continued to monitor my checking account for the next few days and it still did not appear. Then on January 31, 2024 a charge from Arby's appeared. I had forgotten all about the visit in November and immediately thought my debit card had been compromised and contacted my bank to notify them and to have a new debit card issued. Then a friend who had been with me at the visit in November reminded me about how my debit card had not been charged that evening and I realized I was now being charged for that meal over 2 months later! I was not looking for a free meal but I stopped at the restaurant to speak with a manager who immediately became combative and tried to say I most likely didn't have the money in my checking account in November and the system was now charging me for it. That was not the case and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused by their billing system tried to put the blame on me. As I said, I was not asking for a free meal but expected at least an apology for the inconvenience it caused me but instead the manager was defensive and combative. I will never go to this Arby's again!
Easily the worst Arby’s I’ve been to. It’s the closest one to my house and some times I don’t want to cook when I get off work, so I just hit them up. I’ve ordered in person and through Uber eats, and there is always at least one thing wrong with the quality of my order.
It's Arby's. We didn't go there for atmosphere. The food was typical. The young lady taking our orders was very friendly.
It was after 8PM on a Saturday night and a group of eight of us wanted a quick bite and a place to talk. There were less than a half dozen people besides our group inside at any time. I have no idea if the drive through was busy, but it took at least 15 minutes for our orders to start coming out.
